Diane showed up at the wedding. At first, she told Kyle that she just wanted to see him officiate the wedding. When Kyle mentioned that the vows were exchanged quite a while ago, Diane had a new excuse.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Kyle demanded to know why Diane was still having around. Diane insisted that she couldn’t leave the wedding without talking to Summer. Kyle didn’t think it was a good idea. However, Diane likely wants to feel out Summer and see if that could be her way back into Kyle’s life.

It is teased that Diane could be a source of conflict between Summer and her mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Plus, with Allie making fast friends with Summer and being a Diane supporter, there could be an unexpected twist. What if Summer actually starts to wonder if Kyle should give Diane a chance?

Mariah would definitely get involved in this conflict. After all, Mariah has already spoken to Kyle about the Diane situation. Mariah doesn’t think Diane deserves another chance. If Summer thinks otherwise, then it could create a new war between the women. This would once again put Kyle in a difficult position.
