Y&R spoilers reveal that Tara used her own son in a sick scheme. In the beginning, she threatened to take Harrison away from Ashland despite him having cancer. It was Kyle that said it seemed rather harsh for one meltdown. Then, when the truth about Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) Milan move was exposed, Tara threatened to take Harrison away from Kyle. She wasn’t thinking about her son in either of those situations.
Y&R Spoilers – Unexpected Arrest
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) got the truth out of her daughter. Phyllis and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) helped expose Tara and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) scheme. This led to Tara’s unexpected arrest. She has been extradited back to New York to stand trial for her crime.
At the time, Ashland didn’t think it would be good for Harrison to visit his mother in prison and considered stripping her of custody.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Ashland has made his decision about Harrison. Due to his health condition, Ashland has agreed to let Harrison live with Kyle and Summer. However, he has certain terms and conditions that must be met. He never wants Harrison to forget him as a father figure and wants the freedom for visitation whenever he wants. Kyle agrees to all of these.

Y&R Spoilers – Prison Visits Granted
As for Tara, Ashland surprisingly says that Harrison adores his mother. Harrison will need to be told that his mother is in jail. Ashland feels it’s important for Harrison to be told the truth in a version that he can understand. Tara is currently out on bail but can’t leave the state of New York. So, Ashland will allow Harrison to visit his mother but under strict conditions. If and when Tara goes to prison, Harrison will likely see his mother behind bars depending on the length of her sentence.

visitation rights to see her son Harrison, by than hope the real dad Theo comes

You are right. Has anyone really thought about all the changes this little one has gone thru in the past few months. Ashland should have kept him, Kyle has been in his life a very short time, then he left and you want to have him go and live with some one that left him? I think not. Think about what this is doing to his little mind. Think about Harrison and not so much about self. Ashland and his sickness is such a joke and it is not even funny. His side affects are the same before he took any treatment, holding his chest with the fake breathing.
In block 3 of today's episode, what is going on with Devon's harsh critique of Chance? That storyline had Chance going to work for GCPD with Paul's blessing. Donny's character was abruptly written out in February with a cell phone call to which Chance had to respond "I knew this call would eventually come…" But everything was being set up for a tenured career at GCPD. Chance's choice WAS GCPD, but the Daytime Emmy award winning writers MADE him "choose" this exit to which Devon is going bat-S%$# insane over. At least Abby will supposedly cease with the video diary.
Lisa, I feel bad for all the children on Young and Restless. When they discover how nutty their parents are. Especially Chloe and Chelsea. Two women who should be locked up in jail for trying to kill a cop. As useless as Rey is, he had the nerve to wonder if Adam knows where Mariah is. I am still angry with the Y&R writers for not giving them some jail time. Chloe and Chelsea are really mental cases. I wish Adam would find out that Chance is missing and he be the one to find him and bring him home. They were friends once and they need to keep that friendship, because Adam has no one but his dad at this point. How dare Rey Rosales accuse Adam of knowing when Mariah might be. I wish Adam would find her also and bring her home to Sharon. Give Adam some slack and send Chelsea and Chloe to JAIL. I wish Adam would FIRE CHLOE, hook up with Sally. Let Sally take over Chloe's job and let her run the fashion business and make it a SPLASH. I hope Lauren hasn't forgot how she treated Tracy when they were younger. Lauren was not nice at all to Tracy. Phyllis, I wish Ashland would steal Phyllis's hotel and give it to Tara. It's time for somebody to tell the truth about SUMMER AND BILLY to Nikki Newman and Nick Newman.
