Y&R spoilers reveal that Tara used her own son in a sick scheme. In the beginning, she threatened to take Harrison away from Ashland despite him having cancer. It was Kyle that said it seemed rather harsh for one meltdown. Then, when the truth about Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) Milan move was exposed, Tara threatened to take Harrison away from Kyle. She wasn’t thinking about her son in either of those situations.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) got the truth out of her daughter. Phyllis and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) helped expose Tara and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) scheme. This led to Tara’s unexpected arrest. She has been extradited back to New York to stand trial for her crime.

At the time, Ashland didn’t think it would be good for Harrison to visit his mother in prison and considered stripping her of custody.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Ashland has made his decision about Harrison. Due to his health condition, Ashland has agreed to let Harrison live with Kyle and Summer. However, he has certain terms and conditions that must be met. He never wants Harrison to forget him as a father figure and wants the freedom for visitation whenever he wants. Kyle agrees to all of these.

As for Tara, Ashland surprisingly says that Harrison adores his mother. Harrison will need to be told that his mother is in jail. Ashland feels it’s important for Harrison to be told the truth in a version that he can understand. Tara is currently out on bail but can’t leave the state of New York. So, Ashland will allow Harrison to visit his mother but under strict conditions. If and when Tara goes to prison, Harrison will likely see his mother behind bars depending on the length of her sentence.
