However, nothing has really been done about the missing surrogate. When Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) gets another text, the wording suggests Mariah’s not coming home. This sets off alarm bells, but only one person bothers to take action. Will Tessa be able to rescue Mariah before it’s too late?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Surrogate’s Mysterious Disappearance

Y&R spoilers reveal that Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) returned to Genoa City right before Mariah disappeared. The last time that Mariah was seen by her loved ones was when she went for her daily run. As fans recall, Mariah ran into Stitch and the two exchanged small talk.

Since then, the only time Mariah has been seen on-screen is yelling for help behind a locked door. Stitch keeps reappearing and checking in with Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway). Stitch does look guilty but soaps usually don’t reveal the real villain this early. We have seen Mariah demanding to be released and we’ve seen Stitch plenty of times. However, we haven’t seen them together since the kidnapping.

So, it seems that Stitch could be a red herring. After all, soaps love to throw curve balls and shocking twists. There’s nothing shocking or interesting about the plot if the answers are unveiled right away.

Y&R Spoilers – Lying About Hospital Job

Last week, Abby asked what Stitch was still doing in town. He claimed to have an interview at the hospital. Then, he said that the hospital offered him the Chief of Surgery position. However, it appears that Stitch is lying about the job as Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) apparently has the same job. One of them has to be lying and our bets are on Stitch.

Even though he might not be Mariah’s kidnapper, that doesn’t mean he’s not lying about the hospital job. He is probably just looking for a way to justify being close to Abby again. If he just hung around without a job or another good reason, then it would give off stalkerish vibes.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Mariah has been sending texts to Abby, Tess and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). At first glance, it was a relief that Mariah was okay. However, as time went on, Abby and Tess began going back and forth about if the messages were really from her.

The next text message that Tessa receives will seem like a goodbye. Basically, Mariah writes that she won’t be at the next doctor’s appointment as she just “can’t handle” it right now. Then, she adds that she won’t be coming home for a while.

With her carrying Abby’s unborn child, everyone should be concerned. However, the only person that really seems to hear the alarm bells is Tess. So, she starts investigating Mariah’s disappearance herself. She is determined to find where she could be. Will Tess be able to save Mariah or could both women end up in danger? Is Stitch the kidnapper or is he just a red herring?

      I think this is a dumb storyline. Why are people not looking for Mariah? And I would say that Mariah is in the chandelier mansion, it has to be an old house to have a dumb waiter… but how can a pregnant woman be held in a room with no bathroom in it…so either Nina is involved or it could be Stitch’s son. But it’s still a stupid storyline.

      This storyline will be good if they finally have someone looking for Miriah. What is the hold-up Miriah needs saving not just Summer? It does not make since that this storyline has not been in full force. This should be a good storyline for Miriah since she has been put back on the back-burner. Am interested in why she was kidnapped and who can save her. The others need to wrap up getting boring. I like Miriah this should make her shine with this role. She is alot like Sharon caring,beautiful and deserves to shine not sit back and let everone misstreat you. Who will save her, at least be looking for her? Will it be Tessa,Devon,Sharon maybe Nick. But he has been MIA. She is your daughter Nick you should help her like you did Faith and Summer. What are you waiting for, or will you help everyone is wrapped up on Summer Miriah is just as important as she is? Find her please and bring her home, and see who has her.
