The Young And The Restless Spoilers: The Newmans Celebrate Cassie Joining The Family – Cassie Calls Nick Her Daddy – Tony Offers Tricia His Help

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, July 6, tease that viewers will see an episode of Y&R that originally aired on July 27, 1999. The episode is part of “Summer Fun Week” on The Young and the Restless. In the episode, Mackenzie “Mac” Browning (Ashley Bashioum) will talk with Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) about getting a job. Katherine will think that Mac should just enjoy the summer, but Mac will say that she wants to earn her keep.

Eventually, Katherine will agree to drive Mac into town to hunt for jobs. Billy Abbott (David Tom) will arrive, and Mac will skedaddle, not wanting to be near Billy. Billy will apologize to Katherine for the evening before and will promise that it won’t happen again. Katherine will accept Billy’s apology. Mac will return and she and Katherine will leave for town.

Afterward, Billy will find Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and apologize to her for last night. Jill will think that Billy said some awful things to her, but she’ll ultimately accept his apology. Jill will overstep and try to plan Billy’s summer for him, and he’ll tell her to back off and that he’s sixteen now and can plan his own time. Billy will say that he really wants the car keys, and Jill will tell him where they are.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers –  Tony Viscardi Invited To Newman Ranch

Meanwhile, Tony Viscardi (Jay Bontatibus) will get invited to the Newman Ranch for a party, which will anger Grace Turner (Jennifer Gareis), who will be furious that she wasn’t invited to the ranch also. Grace will rant about how much she has done for the Newmans, yet they are still snubbing her. Tony will try to calm her down, then he’ll find a letter from the court telling him he’s going to stand trial for conspiracy and grand theft auto. Grace will offer her condolences.

Across town, Megan Dennison (Ashley Jones) will talk with Keith Dennison (Granville Van Dusen), and at first, she’ll suspect that Keith knows about her and Tony, but she’ll quickly realize that he’s going on about Tricia Dennison’s (Sabryn Genet) pregnancy. Megan will try to tell Keith that there’s someone special in her life, and when she finally does, Keith will want to meet him. Megan won’t tell Keith that the person is Tony.

Next on Y&R, Ryan McNeil (Scott Reeves) will talk with Tricia about her morning sickness, and he’ll try to get her to eat something. Keith will show up and notice that his daughter looks a little ill. Tricia will say that it comes with the territory. Tricia will wonder why Keith is there so early, and he’ll say that he’s there to take care of her problem.

Over at the Newman Ranch, the Newman family and others will be gathered for a pool party to celebrate the court win. Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) will be there, along with several others. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will congratulate Christine on winning the case, and Christine will say that they can now work on his problem. Victor will have assumed that Christine would like some time off. Christine will balk.

Y&R Spoilers – Victor Newman Makes A Phone Call

Later, Paul will tell Victor that he’s afraid that Christine is burning out from work. Victor will subsequently make a phone call. Elsewhere, Doris Collins (Karen Hensel) and Millie Johnson (Ernestine Mercer) will discuss Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes). Millie will say that Cassie is under the impression that she’s going to stay, and Doris will say that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) want her to stay.

Near the end of the pool party, Nick will say a few words about how happy he is to have returned safely from New Mexico, and he’ll remark on the custody win, as will Sharon. Cassie will want to say something as well, and she’ll gush about how happy she is to finally be part of a family and to have new grandparents, a brother, and parents.

Finally, on Monday’s encore episode of Y&R, Cassie will call Sharon and Nick her mommy and daddy, and Nick will be clearly touched that Cassie has called him daddy for the first time.
