The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for Thursday, August 27, 2026. It’s stated that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has a hissy fit.

Over at Jabot, expect Kyle Abbott Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman (Amelie Heinle) will talk about their business strategy.

They think it could generate a lot of buzz. However, during their conversation, there will come a moment when things take a turn. Suddenly, things turn sizzling.

Hitting the Sheets

Will they actually go through with passion, or could they stop themselves? Well, this is soap and you know people with money, too much free time on their hands. So, of course they are going to hit the sheets. 

While some fans might think Kyle and Victoria are sizzling, I’m really grossed out. I like each character on their own, but not as a couple. Victoria could have been his “bonus mom” at one time! So, this does NOT work for me! 

I’m not even worried about Claire Grace Newman’s (Hayley Erin) reaction. I’m waiting for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to find out what his precious, perfect daughter has done. 

Protecting a Legacy

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, August 27 reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) have an intense discussion.

It will center around Chancellor, but can Billy convince Lily that he can protect the company’s legacy? 

 

Lover’s Hissy Fit

We also have Phyllis, who will have a hissy fit over Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) disappearance. The lady will freak out because she can’t reach Matt or find him anywhere.

With Matt having so many enemies, including Victor, Phyllis will assume the worst. She might hope to get information or find a lead, but she could also face a dead end.

Phyllis isn’t going to stop until she finds something. She has hacking skills, so I could see her  getting intel that way

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) cross paths. The two will discuss Billy, but then Phyllis interrupts.

It seems the redhead will grill Adam about Matt’s location. Adam will tell her he has no idea where Matt is, but could hint that might be in her best interest.
