‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 29: Chelsea Tells, Adam’s 180, Claire’s Redirection

The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for Thursday, January 29, 2026! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to share a secret.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) does a U-turn. Plus, what is in the future for Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin)?

Adam Newman’s Guilty Conscience

Let’s start off with Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) extreme scheme. The man has told Adam to find Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and the twins’ location.

Adam has found them, but he doesn’t want to do what is next. Adam knows that Victor plans on using Lily and the twins to make Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) believe they are in danger.

While Victor would never let harm come to the children, this is a terrible idea. Adam knows it and will get confirmation from Chelsea.

Chelsea Lawson Tells

As for Chelsea, she will be horrified by what Victor wants Adam to do next. In a lot of situations with Victor, Adam just does what he is told. However, Chelsea might remind him how he would feel if Victor had her and their son kidnapped.

Sudden Turnaround

The Young and the Restless spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Adam will start to have a change of heart. However, it is always risky to tell Victor no. There is also how the trauma would affect the kids.

Forget about Lily for a minute as she’s a grown up. However, it’s cruel to do this to the kids. Even if they aren’t actually kidnapped, they will find out about Victor putting their father through that.

Adam seems to have a turnaround, so maybe he will suggest another solution to Victor. Meanwhile, Chelsea has to figure out whether to keep this a secret or tell someone.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has given up on a future with Claire.

However, scheming against Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) could have the former flames getting close again. Maybe they will like the feeling of getting delicious revenge against their mutual enemy.

It certainly doesn’t look good to Claire that Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) has made peace with Audra. So, the blonde knows she isn’t going to get more information from Holden. That could compel her to take a page out of Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) playbook, though, so stay tuned!
