The Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday, July 7: Adam Reprimanded, Chelsea’s Confession

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, July 7 reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has to do damage control with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) gives Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) perspective. Plus, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) makes a confession.

Victoria Newman Wins Again

Y&R spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has won again and Adam is furious. Adam went into a rage when Victoria was handed back the reins at Newman Enterprises. Of course, Adam knew that this was coming. Adam was aware that he was just a placeholder and once Victoria came back, he would have to give up the CEO position at Newman Enterprises.

Even though Adam knows all of this, he is still furious. Adam was really hoping this could be his chance to prove himself. Victoria’s con was pretty fast so Adam never had a chance to prove himself capable of running the company.

Y&R Spoilers: Adam Newman Reprimanded

On Thursday, July 7, Victor will do his best to keep Adam in line. Victor knows that Adam isn’t happy and that he could strike back against Victoria. However, Victor calls the shots and probably won’t budge on giving everything back to Victoria.

Victor probably gives Adam an ultimatum. However, the more that Adam is pushed aside, the angrier he is getting. This could be what sets Adam on a dark path again.

Nikki Newman’s Guidance

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, July 7 reveal that Nikki will give Nick some much-needed perspective. This could have something to do with Victoria’s job offer. However, Nick will not be sure if this is the right direction for him. After all, Nick worked so hard to stay away from the family business.

Nikki is interested in the family being a united front. So, Nikki could tell Nick how coming on board will help Victoria as well as the rest of the family.

In Thursday’s episode, fans can expect Chelsea to make a confession. It is also teased that Chelsea and Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) friendship will be on shaky ground. Chloe has made her points and now Chelsea might try to make hers.

However, it sounds like the BFFs are going to head in different directions. When Chelsea finds out that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) offered Chloe the COO position at Newman Media, she will be furious. In Chelsea’s mind, this is a betrayal and could end not only their business partnership but friendship as well.

      Nothing if its just more of going over the same old dialog about Victoria and her disaster of a relationship with Ashland. How many months have we suffered now hearing the same old lines from the Newmans and Billy. Today was portrayed like Victoria had made this brilliant business move returning 250 million to daddy Victor, errr that's not clever, thanks to Victoria's relationship and business error making Ashland co CEO daddy dearest is still 250 million out of pocket! If stupid, overly smug and arrogant Victoria had actually been a clever business woman she wouldn't have let herself be gaslighted by Ashland in the first place. The entire story is flawed and stupid.

      As dark as Adam can be…I really feel sorry for him…he always has been and always will be the red headed stepchild of the family all because Nikki isn’t his biological mother…Hope is….Nikki Nicholas and especially Victoria have always looked down their noses at Adam treating him as if he is a second class citizen…and Victor has done NOTHING to put an end to their behavior….

      Adam, Adam, Adam. Adam is not the only Newman that Nikki is not the mother of. Abby is a Newman she is not going crazy because she is not CEO of Newman. Abby stepped out on her own and started her own business and is successful and is not jealous of Victoria because she is CEO of the family's business. Nick started his own business and is not jealous of Victoria because she is CEO of the family business. What is Adam's problem? He wants to prove himself, then he should. Let him start his own company and prove just how smart he is. Stop thinking he should be the next CEO of his dad's company. No one is doing anything to Adam, he is doing it to himself.
      Looking forward to Adam to stop thinking he is deserving to replace Victoria.

      I am getting so tired of Adam being pushed aside. Others have done bad things and they move on. No one gives Adam anything. Victor needs to help him and stop giving everything to Victoria

      I hate Adam being treated so bad by the Newman's I hope him and Sally start a new company would love to see Sally design again and have some fashion against Forrester creations Go Team Adam
