I hope Melissa does NOT leave the show for long. I understand her wanting to spend time with new born and may be gone for several weeks. Hope the writers give her time away on the show, maybe a trip out of town, and then she can come back. A beautiful TALENTED actor and the connection with Billy needs to be extended, they have a connection and support each other. Both need a steady love life.
