The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Thursday, October 29 – Chelsea Faints – Adam Cuts Ties With His Family – Theo Upset After Abbot Family Meeting

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, October 29, tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be working on something on his laptop as he sits in his penthouse. Soon, Adam will send both Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) a text asking them to meet.

A short time later, Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will stop by to tell Adam that he’s become a detective on the GCPD and that the inquiry into Las Vegas is closed. Chance will notice that Adam’s a little disheveled and working on something on his laptop. Adam will close his laptop and dismiss Chance, who will worry about what Adam might be up to.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson Collapses At Crimson Lights

Next on Y&R, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will encounter Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) at Crimson Lights, angrily telling Sharon that she left Adam and that Adam is all hers now. A short time later, Chelsea will have coffee on the patio with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Chloe will wonder if Chelsea is ok, and she’ll insist that she’s fine. But when Chelsea gets up to walk away, she’ll faint and fall to the ground.

Meanwhile, over at the Grand Phoenix, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will listen to Summer Newman (Hunter King) talk about the recent goings-on between her and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Phyllis will urge Summer to perhaps just date Kyle for a while and not have such an all-or-nothing approach to the relationship. Summer will say that she’ll think about it.

Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman Cuts All Ties With The Newman Family

At Newman Enterprises, Adam will arrive to meet with Nick and Victoria. Adam will get right to the point – that he’s no longer going to be a part of the Newman family. Adam will ask Nick and Victoria to let him go in peace, and they’ll be stunned and assume there must be some catch.

Over with the Abbotts, the family will convene at the mansion to talk about plans for Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) memorial service, which will be held at Society. Kyle will be upset to hear that Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) was invited. During the family meeting, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), and Kyle will have a great rapport, while Theo feels left out.

Next on Y&R, Theo will be particularly upset when he realizes that everyone in the family but him got a piece of Dina’s treasured “teardrop of love” necklace, and when he suggests doing a story about Dina for Chancellor Communications, Kyle will balk, saying that Chancellor Communications would exploit and embarrass the family. Jack will suavely dismiss the idea as well, and Theo will be peeved.

Later, Jack will bring up the reading of Dina’s will, and Theo will ask a question or two, prompting Kyle to make a crack about Theo looking to cash in. Theo will leave and go to Crimson Lights, where Traci will find him and try to smooth things over, but Theo will insist that he’ll never be a real part of her family.

Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman Tells Victor Newman About His Plans To Leave The Family

Next on Y&R, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will meet with Adam at Society. Adam will say that he’s going to legally change his last name back to Wilson, and he’ll tell Victor that he’s cutting all ties with the family. Meanwhile, at the bar, Chance will tell Abby that he met with Adam earlier and that his gut tells him that Adam is up to something bad.

Meanwhile, in Chancellor Park, Kyle will arrive having been summoned by Summer. Summer will want to say something to Kyle, but he’ll cut her off saying that this isn’t working. Kyle will lament that Summer doesn’t trust him and that maybe she had the right idea when she left him. Summer will look mortified by Kyle’s words.

Finally, on Thursday’s new episode of Y&R, Victor will arrive at Newman Enterprises, where he’ll tell Nick and Victoria that Adam is changing his last name back to Wilson. Nick and Victoria will be shocked, and Victoria will think that this is all for the best and that Victor should finally let Adam go.
