It is a given that business deals can get complicated and competitive. While some people believe that anything goes, Victor has a code he lives and works by. For Victor, a deal is a deal. Ashland started playing games, tried to squeeze more money out of the patriarch, then took the company off the market. Victor didn’t appreciate or respect this. He is a man that’s not just going to let someone get away with that, either. Victor needed Ashland to learn the rules.

Y&R Spoilers – Nikki Newman’s Lie

Victor couldn’t have predicted that Ashland would have a heart attack. He simply took the opportunity and ran with it. Victor gave Ashland a choice and knew there was plenty of time for 911 to be called. Now, Victor is a master at reading people and his instincts are pretty dead-on. So, while everyone else might be horrified by Victor’s actions, he probably already knew that Ashland would be fine.

In fact, it wouldn’t surprise us if Ashland was faking the chest pains. Remember when Ashland first began clutching his chest. Victor knows what a heart attack looks like. He didn’t seem to think anything was really wrong at first. At one point, Victor asked the groaning man, “Ashland, what are you doing?!”

It is teased that when one secret is explained and handled, another one could surface. The thing is that by the time this case is over, Amanda might regret her decision.

      Victor did nothing wrong. Ashland played a cruel game with all involved. Victor Newman is a business man and does not play or like game playing. Ashland made a deal with Victor and then reneged which is a big no no. Nikki is such a traitor and is not really on her husband's side. She knows Victoria is wrong.
      Amanda has the family she has wanted all her life, now that she has her family, deal with whatever might be. leave Devon out of it.

      I hate the story line with Amanda and her family. Dump it!!!! It is boring and nothing about it is interesting. She is boring, and just dump her.
      The storyline with Phyllis the snake is even more boring. She is sleezy, dresses like a young person, has ugly expressions on her face. Time for Phyllis to take a hike too.

      I totally agree with books. Ashland needs to know that Victor Newman is nothing like John Abbott. He can't try and steal Newman Enterprises while Victor play cat and mouse games with him (Ashland). If he wants to steal a company, go after Chanc-com. They need a shake-up. Let Ashland wipe that smug look off Billy's face. Billy has huge anger issues and they need to be addressed. Plus if Ashland goes after Chance-com, he could be a reminder to Jack of how he tried to steal Jabo from his father years ago. Victoria is getting on my last royal nerve, she needs to be brought down to the bottom of the list. I wonder what Jack would do if Billy lost Chanc-com and all his (Billy) shares in Jabo to Ashland Locke. That should wake up Miss Lily. Billy needs to deal with all his issues, he is worst than Adam. At least I know understand Adam better. His mother was in an abusive relationship, Adam had no family to help him and he thought he was alone with nobody but his mother. Victor was no where in sight and Adam had to defend his mother to the best of his ability as a child. Billy Abbott and Victoria Newman had everything they needed as children and they are spoiled to think that they can have anything they want. NEWSFLASH: THEY CAN'T HAVE THEIR WAY IN THE BUSINESS WORLD. THEY ARE BOTH JUST SPOILED BRATS THAT HAVE NEVER GROWN UP IN THE ADULT WORLD.
