Meanwhile, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) makes a risky deal. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.
Key Takeaways
- Danny makes a U-Turn where his career is involved. Fans can also expect a private performance from him to his wife, Christine.
- Cane makes a bold move as he strikes back at Billy.
- It sounds like Cane will make an alliance with someone, so with that person be Victor, who’d be more than happy to unleash some revenge on ‘Billy-boy’!
Danny Romalotti’s U-Turn
Let’s start with Danny, the rock star of soaps. The man has lived his life on tour, but now he seems to want to make a change.
The rock star is done with touring and now wants to settle down with Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell). Good thing.

With Christine’s job, it doesn’t make jetting off at a moment’s notice very easy.
Since Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) are leaving town, someone will need to run The Shadow Room.
While this will be exciting news, Christine knows Danny very well. She might have concerns that he won’t be happy staying in one place for very long.
Musical Preview
Speaking of Danny, he will also wow Christine with a private performance. The lady will swoon as always and gush over Danny’s talent.

Of course, just because he doesn’t want to tour anymore doesn’t mean music needs to be left behind. There are a lot of ways that Danny can still play music without going on tour.
Cane Ashby’s Risky Agreement
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, August 18 reveal that Cane will make a risky agreement.
It sounds like Cane might join forces with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) regarding Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) are concerned about complications with the plan. However, it sounds like Jack might go ahead and try a different plan.
Jack doesn’t want his sisters to worry, but honestly, it’s time to let Billy go. The more you help someone, the more useless they become. That has been my experience.
Victor Newman’s Revenge
There is also the Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) factor. If Billy wants to dig up old bones to go after Chancellor, then let him.
Personally, the more the Abbott family distances themselves from Billy, the better. Of course, soaps are all about family and miracles.
So, maybe Jack will find a way to save Billy while also protecting their own company.
Victor isn’t one to mess with, and the Abbotts already have their hands full, so stay tuned! Which storyline are you looking forward to seeing the most? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
