Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, January 2 reveal that Victor will force a truce between two of his children. While Victoria is busy dealing with Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), Victor will need the rest of the family to band together. So, Victor will push Adam and Nick to get along. Of course, fans know that this truce will be short-lived.

Victor forcing a truce between Adam and Nick could have to do with Victoria’s shocking decision. On Tuesday, January 2, Victoria might think that she needs to be there for Claire now since she wasn’t her entire life.

This isn’t Victoria’s fault, it’s Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk). However, Victoria has great empathy for Claire’s ordeal. So, Victoria will want to repair and bond her relationship with Claire.

This might mean that Victoria has to take some time off work, though. So, that would definitely explain Victor forcing Nick and Adam to a truce. Of course, it’s also possible that Victor needs to step back to help take care of Nikki as she detoxes.

So, Nikki’s bold move might have to do with going to AA meetings again. Nikki seemed uncomfortable at the last one, in which she talked about Claire and Jordan.
