The Young And The Restless Spoilers Tuesday, January 12: Amanda’s Shocking Truths – Billy Confesses To Lily – Abby’s Pregnancy Disappointment

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, January 12, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will listen intently as Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) starts her story by saying that Amanda was, unfortunately, a mistake. Amanda will look horrified, and Naya will continue, saying that she came from a religious family and that her parents made all the decisions about her pregnancy.

Naya will say that her parents gave Hilary Hamilton’s (Mishael Morgan) adopted mother a lot of money to keep quiet and that after the birth, she never held Amanda or Hilary. Naya will say that the pregnancy was never discussed again in her family and that she went on with life and never looked back.

Next on Y&R, Amanda (Mishael Morgan) will inquire about her father, who Naya will describe as being “just a boy” and that he died in a car accident a year after Amanda and Hilary were born. Amanda will tell Naya that Hilary died in a car accident as well. Naya will remain mostly stoic during this entire discussion.

Amanda will then get angry and lash out over how she never knew Hilary, and she’ll yell that she deserves to be known and loved. Naya will say, “I wish…” but just as she’s about to finish her thought, Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) will show up at the door, demanding to know what her mother is doing there.

Naya will have no choice but to tell Imani that Amanda is her daughter. Imani will be shocked, and she’ll demand that Naya come home. Naya will tell Amanda that saying sorry is laughably inadequate, but that it’s all she has to offer. Amanda will want Naya to finish her thoughts and tell her what she wished for, but Naya will walk out the door without saying anything.

Later, Amanda will go to Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) penthouse. Devon will answer the door, and Amanda will cry that she didn’t know where else to go. Amanda will fall into Devon’s arms sobbing, as Devon tells her that everything will be ok.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott Makes A Sincere Apology

Next on Y&R, on the Jabot jet, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will talk as Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are sleeping as they’re all stranded in Colorado. Billy will tell Summer that he’s glad that she’s running JCV, and Summer will say that she’s impressed by what Billy’s doing at Chancellor Communications.

Billy will then offer Summer a heartfelt apology for what happened between them, and Summer will be a bit uncomfortable, but she’ll ultimately accept the apology. Summer will admit that she wasn’t without blame and that they’ve both changed and grown. Lily’s eyes will then open and she’ll have heard the entire conversation.

Several hours later, the jet will finally have landed in Los Angeles, and Kyle and Summer will leave. Lily will broach the subject of Billy’s big apology to Summer, and Billy will tell Lily that he slept with Summer after he found out that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) cheated on him with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Lilly will be stunned, and she’ll feel like she needs some time to think about what she’s just heard.

Once Summer and Kyle reach their hotel in LA, they’ll end up making love then ordering room-service breakfast. Once the hour is appropriate, Summer will call Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) at Spencer Publications, and she’ll ask if she and Kyle can stop by to talk about JCV business and a few other things.

Y&R Spoilers – Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor Faces Another Disappointment

Next on Y&R, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will be up in the wee hours of the morning as Abby is suffering from nausea. Soon, Abby will realize that she could be suffering from morning sickness, and she’ll take a pregnancy test, which will be negative.

Abby will be disappointed, but she’ll worry that perhaps the test was a false negative, so she’ll send Chance out to the all-hours drugstore for another pregnancy test. That test will come back negative, too, and Abby will think that she and Chance need to be tested and that this is all taking too long. Chance will reluctantly agree.
