The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, March 30 reveal that Phyllis will have a change of heart. She has been trying to deal with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) getting too close to Jack. Phyllis is convinced that Sally is up to no good and Jack will end up getting hurt again. However, Jack isn’t interested in what everyone else thinks. Meanwhile, Phyllis also knows that Summer Newman (Hunter King) is going through a lot with Kyle. So, is her change of heart about Jack and Sally, or is it connected to Kyle and Summer’s situation?

Billy and Lily are involved in a romance but Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) love admission has complicated things. Billy made it clear to Victoria that there is no going back and he’s moved on with Lily. However, Lily is concerned that old feelings could resurface. Then, Lily and Victoria exchanged words. Even though Victoria is trying to play it cool, Lily is onto her game. It’s never wise to keep secrets from a significant other. If this secret has anything to do with Victoria, then it could create major problems with Lily.
