Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, November 12 reveal that Phyllis knows in her gut that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is guilty. While Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazaidei) has been arrested for Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) murder. Fans know that Daniel is innocent.
While fans did not see Sharon kill Heather, we know that Daniel isn’t the one who did it. Sharon made sure Daniel would get arrested and accused after she planted evidence in the penthouse.

On Tuesday’s episode, fans can also expect Jill and Victor to settle unfinished business. Jill is in Genoa City to attend Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Newman-Abbott’s (Melissa Ordway) wedding. While in GC, Jill stops by to see Victor.
It appears that Victor summons Jill as she makes it clear she doesn’t appreciate being kept waiting. That is when Victor offers Jill a deal.
With Billy failing to complete Jill’s orders, could Victor end up being the new owner of Chancellor? It certainly sounds like it. By the end of the week, Victor acquires a major company to his empire. How will Billy handle the big loss, though?

I am sure if you let victor going on being the bully he is and acquire Chancellor you will lose a lot of viewers. Victor needs to be shut down, this is ridiculous let Billy shine for once.
