The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, October 6 – Adam’s Next Move – Kyle & Summer Shock Their Parents – Jack Gets A Lead

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, October 6, tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will get some good news – a judge will throw out Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) lawsuits against Chancellor Communications regarding the exposé on Adam. Billy will promptly call Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to give her the good news.

Lily will be over at Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) penthouse asking him why he didn’t immediately tell her that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) are identical twins. Devon will apologize, saying that he was busy dealing with the impact of the news himself.

Meanwhile, Lily will go to Chancellor Communications, where Billy will want to do a sequel to the exposé. Lily’s response will be to say a resounding no, since they barely made it through with the exposé as is. Later, Billy and Lily will head out for coffee, and Lily will make Billy promise that he won’t make unilateral decisions from now own. Billy will agree.

Kyle Abbott & Summer Newman Share Their Elopement With Family

Next on Y&R, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will have breakfast in their hotel room in Chicago, where they’ve gone to elope. Summer will have some second thoughts about going off and not telling their parents, and Kyle will think that they should tell their parents their plans. Without disclosing where they are, Summer and Kyle will email Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) saying that they’re eloping.

Later, Summer will see some texts on Kyle’s phone to Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), and she won’t like that. It seems that Kyle will have been checking in on Lola to see how she’s doing. That will upset Summer, but when Kyle returns to the room, Summer won’t tell Kyle about seeing the texts. Kyle will present Summer with a present, and Summer will tell Kyle that she loves him.

Jack Abbott Gets A New Lead On The “Teardrop Of Love”

Over at Crimson Lights, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Jack will briefly discuss the “teardrop of love” necklace that they’ve been investigating for Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams). Jack will say that he’s got information coming soon about the most recent buyer of the necklace. Later, Jack will meet with Lauren Baldwin (Tracey Bregman) at Society, since it will turn out that her father Neil Fenmore (Jim Storm) was the buyer.

Lauren will say that when Neil died, she inherited a large collection of jewelry, and that the “teardrop of love” pendant could be with those items. Lauren will then get a message saying that Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) just gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Jack will get the text from Kyle about his elopement. Jack will leave Kyle a voicemail telling him to take a breath and come home so they can discuss the situation.

Phyllis Summers Makes A Big Pitch To Victoria Newman

Next on Y&R, Phyllis will text Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) asking to meet, while Nick stops by the Grand Phoenix to see Phyllis. Nick will relay that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) surgery is taking place the morning. Nick will then go over to see Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) at the ranch. Nick will think that Nikki should go talk with Victoria about their family problems, but Nikki will say that their last talk didn’t go so well.

Meanwhile, Phyllis will show up at Newman Enterprises to pitch an idea for a joint venture between the Grand Phoenix and Newman Enterprises. Victoria will refuse to do business with Phyllis, and Phyllis will leave Nikki will arrive, and mother and daughter will patch up their problems. Nikki will then ask about Phyllis’ pitch, and Victoria will say that if Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) still owned the Grand Phoenix, then she might go for the idea.

Phyllis Summers Makes A Frantic Call To Jack Abbott

Phyllis will arrive back at the Grand Phoenix, and Nick will show up to say that he just got an email from Summer saying that Summer and Kyle are eloping somewhere unknown. Phyllis will freak out, and she’ll attempt to call Summer, but Summer won’t answer her phone. Phyllis will call Jack, who will still be over at Society, to say that their children are about to make a big mistake.

Adam Newman & Chelsea Lawson Are At Odds Again

Next on Y&R, Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will get into an argument at their penthouse. It will all start when Adam learns that his lawsuit against Billy has been thrown out, and he’ll decide that he needs to so something rash. Chelsea will urge Adam not to act without thinking it through first. Chelsea will then say that all of her advertisers and influencers have backed out of the launch of her new company.

Adam will again say that the time to go after Billy is now. Chelsea will not want Adam to lash out at Billy, given the potential for terrible ramifications. Adam will get frustrated, saying that Chelsea doesn’t trust him to do what’s best to protect their family. Finally, on Tuesday’s new episode of Y&R, Adam will walk out of the room angry, leaving Chelsea wondering what he’s up to.
