The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, September 1 – Sharon Persuades Adam To Stay In GC – Kyle & Summer’s Gift – Lola & Theo Make Up

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 1, tease that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will have a serious talk with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Mariah will show up at Sharon’s place after hearing from Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) about Sharon’s trip to Kansas to help Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Mariah will warn Sharon not to let Adam come between her and Rey again. Sharon will get rid of Mariah fairly quickly, then Sharon will leave the house after making sure that Mariah is gone.

Next on Y&R, over at Adam and Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) penthouse, Adam won’t be happy that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has arrived, and he’ll blast his father for wanting to show up and fix things. Adam will bluster on about his “killer instinct,” but Chelsea will say that Adam is not a killer. Adam will disagree, and he’ll order Victor out, but Victor will tell Chelsea to take Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and go to the ranch for the night.

After Chelsea and Connor are gone, Victor will attempt to reach out to Adam, but Adam won’t be having it. Adam will think that his father totally mishandled the situation in Kansas when he was a boy, and he’ll tell Victor that he ruined him. Adam will argue that he should have gotten psychological help after he killed AJ Montalvo, and Victor will urge Adam to get help now. Adam will remain defiant and unwilling to talk to Victor, and ultimately Victor will leave.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers:  Sharon Newman Steps Up For Adam Newman Once Again

Next on Y&R, Sharon will show up at Adam’s door, just as Adam is leaving. Adam will say that he’s planning on leaving Genoa City permanently. Sharon will think that’s a mistake, and she’ll urge him to stay for this family and for himself. Sharon will have brought Adam a list of therapists who can help him in her stead, but Adam will say that he knows himself better than anyone.

Realizing that Adam is about to leave for good, Sharon will offer to help Adam through this crisis herself if he’ll stay. Sharon will tell Adam that she can prove to him that he deserves to be saved. Finally, Adam will agree to stay in Genoa City.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor Newman Wants The Family To Rally Around Adam Newman

Next, at the Newman Ranch, Chelsea will encounter Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) after she and Connor arrive. Chelsea will say that Victor asked her to come to the ranch for the night while he spends time with Adam. Nikki will say that she hopes one night doesn’t lead to another, and eventually to the end of Chelsea and Adam. Chelsea will be horrified by the suggestion, and Nikki will eventually apologize.

Soon, Victor will return to say that he didn’t get through to Adam. Chelsea will say that she won’t give up on Adam, and Victor will opine that Adam needs them more than ever now. Chelsea will say that she’ll go home first thing in the morning to be there for Adam.

Y&R Spoilers Updates: Theo Vanderway & Lola Rosales Patch Things Up

Next on Y&R, at Society, Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will apologize to Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) about their argument earlier that day. Lola will be standoffish, and Theo will head to a table for some food while Lola goes to the kitchen. Mariah will be waiting in the kitchen to speak to Lola about her concerns about Sharon and Rey. When Mariah mentions Theo, Lola will say that Theo may have been more right about something than she’d like to admit.

Lola will head back out to the dining room where Theo will be eating. Lola will offer an apology, explaining that she overheated to Theo because he wasn’t entirely wrong about her feelings regarding Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) living together. Lola will admit that her feelings vacillate, and Theo will offer to listen anytime.

Back at Sharon’s place, Mariah will stop by to check in on her mom. Mariah will look around and call out for Sharon, finally realizing where Sharon might be. “You didn’t…did you?” Mariah will say.

Young And Restless Soap Spoilers: Summer Newman & Kyle Abbott Get Some Good News

Next on Y&R, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will get ready for their dinner and drinks date with Summer and Kyle. Phyllis and Nick will end up making love and being late for the meeting, but eventually they’ll find Summer and Kyle in the lobby. Summer and Kyle will suggest they get drinks, but Phyllis will say that they should just spill whatever it is they have to say.

After some prefacing, Phyllis will assume that Summer and Kyle are engaged, and Nick will guess that Summer’s pregnant. Summer will then tell her parents that she and Kyle are going to move in together, which will relieve Phyllis, but Nick will complain about Kyle still being married to Lola. Nick will retreat to the bar for a moment alone, with Summer following him.

After a civil conversation with Summer, Nick will calm down a bit, and Summer will ask for the house that Nick was originally going to give her and Kyle when they were first together. Back with Phyllis and Kyle, Phyllis will warn Kyle about breaking Summer’s heart again, and Summer and Nick will return. Nick will say that Summer and Kyle can have the house, which will make them quite happy.
