The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday September 3: Jack Names A New CEO, Devon Opens Up To Elena, and Jack and Victor Share A Drink

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday September 3rd indicate that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will make a decision about Jabot’s future, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will reminisce about his grandmother Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper), and Jack meets Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for a drink.

Jack meets Victor at Society where their first topic of conversation is Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) interrupts their conversation to issue a warning to Jack about Victor stabbing him in the back. After Phyllis leaves, Victor and Jack talk about business before the conversation turns to Adam.

Victor confides he’s worried he’s failed his son. He talks about the horrible things Adam’s done and the damage is done. Jack brings up Victor’s decision to leave Adam with Hope Wilson (Signy Coleman) and how that affected Adam. Jack then confides in Victor about this empty feeling he’s having in his life. Victor says he’s experienced that same feeling himself, when he had it he left town.

Later Victor gets a message from Nikki and tells Jack that she help him through his toughest times. As Jack’s leaving, Victor says he hopes Jack finds whatever it is he’s looking for.

Meanwhile, Zoe Hardisty (Anna Grace Barlow) is at Society and fangirling over Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle). They chat and take a picture together, then Zoe sees Phyllis. Zoe and Phyllis chat about the Grand Phoenix, and Zoe suggest the two team up to destroy the grand opening. Phyllis scoffs at the idea and says Zoe’s out of her league dealing with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). An angry Zoe then storms out of the restaurant.

Later Adam joins Phyllis at Society, she notices he’s upset and tells him to relax so they can plan their payback. Adam tells Phyllis to be quiet, he doesn’t understand what she’s going through. She says she knows better than anyone and brings up her past experiences. She tells Adam congratulations on winning the poor me award, then leaves.

Victor arrives home at the ranch and tells her that he’s a lucky man as the two cuddle on the couch.

Young And Restless Spoilers – Nick Newman Ready For War with Adam Newman

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is at his place with his mother Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). They chat about Chloe’s return and Nikki advises Nick and Chelsea to be careful when trusting Chloe. When Nick tells Nikki that he and Chelsea are back together, Nikki is less than thrilled, but Nick assures her that he’s happy. Nikki comments that Adam’s not going to be happy. Nick says that he’s not going to interfere in Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) relationship with Adam, but Nick is prepared to give Adam a war if he wants one.

Adam is at Crimson Lights when Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) comes to him. She asks how he’s holding up now that news has broke about Chloe’s return. Adam balks at her concern and Sharon figure this about the marriage proposal. Sharon defends her decision and reminds Adam of the comments he made toward her. Adam brings up how difficult it was losing her and Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen).

Adam expresses concern over how Nick’s going to raise Christian and fears the boy will end up hating Adam. He then brings up how Sharon doesn’t want to admit she loves him, then exits the coffee house. Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) comes in as Adam leaves. He asks if Sharon wants to talk, then makes a comment about arresting Adam. Sharon thanks Rey for his concern then says she has to leave.

Young And Restless Spoilers – Devon Hamilton Opens Up To Elena Dawson

Sharon stops by Nick’s house and asks if he could look after Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) for a couple of days. She explains she’s taking a trip after the Grand Phoenix grand opening. Nick says the trip will do her some good because with Adam on a vendetta, he doesn’t want her involved. Sharon says when she comes back, it’s going to be with a new purpose.

Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) arrives at Devon’s penthouse and asks if he’s heard any news about Katherine’s will. He says no, but the lawyer is working on it. Devon then opens up about his memories of Katherine. He says at first their relationship was rocky, but towards the end they were close. Devon talks about what an incredible woman Katherine was and how he felt to receive her inheritance.

Elena says Katherine would be proud of the way he’s carrying on her legacy. She understands why he’s worried and wonders who’s behind this and why they’d wait so long to come forward. She then promises that whatever happens they’ll get through it together.

Young And Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Has Some Surprising News To Share

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) greets his wife Lola when she comes in from work. She talks about posing in a photo with Zoe on social media to help promote the restaurant. Kyle goes to take a shower, but there’s a problem with the plumbing. Rey arrives to help fix the shower. He brings up how Sharon’s upset over Adam, and how much it hurts to see her that way. Lola comforts her brother, then after he leaves Lola and Kyle discussing moving to another place. Their conversation is interrupted when Kyle receives a text from Jack.

Later Kyle arrives at the Abbott mansion to see his father. Jack tells his son that he’s leaving town for a while and is appointing Kyle as interim CEO. Kyle is stunned given the past mistakes that he’s made, but Jack assures his son that he trusts him and he knows Kyle will make him proud.
