The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor And Kyle Plotting Jabot Eviction, How Does Adam Respond?

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is paranoid. However, there are points in the plot when his paranoia is on target.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) asked Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to work with him. Their goal is to set Adam up so that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) fires his chosen Jabot co-Chief Executive Officer.

Viewers recall that Adam thought it best to leave Newman Media and break up with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). He did that to help Sally and once again sever connections with the Newman family.

Victor created Newman Media by funding it into existence. He did that as a means of testing Adam’s maturity and loyalty.

Adam did well for a while. Then, Victor decided the fledgling business, he ran with Adam, would be better off folded into Newman Enterprises.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) relished an opportunity to bring her youngest brother to heel one more time. Adam recognized his father did not respect his judgment, grudgingly played along with the buy-out for a short period, and then suddenly left, with Sally briefly holding the CEO spot at Newman Enterprises’ media division.

Y&R Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Wants Snake Out

Some would call Kyle’s agreement with Victor hypocrisy. Mealor’s character is okay with his mother, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) creating constant disruption and attempting to bait a criminal, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).

But Kyle aware of Adam’s penchant to stir discontent wherever he goes. So, Victor’s unexpected offer to help him oust Adam was welcomed.

But Mealor’s character should prepare for payback from Adam. Victor has far more experience dealing with the backlash that is sure to result for both men if Adam is wrongly forced out of Jabot.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Plays The Game

Adam apparently has not been spending much time, if any, watching his back in the Jabot building. He has not gone after Newman Enterprises and has kept a purposeful distance from his father and siblings.

If Victor and Kyle are successful, Adam will have a targeted choice. His impulse will direct him to strike back. But unless Bergman’s character appears to be part of the attack, Adam will have to deal with Jack’s son.

The above could prove problematic because Adam does not want to alienate the one man he considers a trusted friend and father figure, Jack on Y&R.
