The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor Confronts Matt Clark – And Busts Burrow As Dirty?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will confront Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) in the upcoming week. Not only that, but he might just bust Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) as a dirty cop, killing two birds with one stone!

Victor Flies To Los Angeles On The Newman Jet

After receiving a distress call, likely from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Victor flies to Los Angeles on the Newman jet.

Having been advised that Matt Clark indeed is alive, he wants to see for himself, although he’s not really surprised-after all, it’s not been that long since something similar happened.

Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) and Ian Ward (Ray Wise) were assumed dead, Ian Ward for years, as well as Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) before that.

Victor is armed with certain information about Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and that he’s been involved with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun), who’s married, unbeknownst, to a monster.

He is given the information that Sienna, along with Matt, who now goes by “Mitch Bacall” own a club, called “The Shadow Room” and once he lands, he heads there.

Victor Enters The Club And Witnesses A Conversation-He Likely Hears Everything

In the most recent Y&R weekly preview video, a vivid scene tells it all; “Mitch” and Detective Burrow are engaged in what they think is a private conversation at the bar!

Victor overhears “Mitch” telling the detective, “they deserve every bit of hell that’s coming their way”, and Victor knows that’s not something you tell an honest cop!

Victor obviously believes that the reference is to Noah and Sienna, and quite possibly to Nick and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) as well!

The two look towards the door to see Victor, as he exclaims, “I’ll be damned-Matt Clark”! Y&R viewers already know that Burrow is dirty-and under leverage from Clark to stay that way, although his partner, Annie (Catherine Kresge) may be on the level.

Victor’s Not Buying That Burrow Is Undercover, His Cover Story To Nick Newman

Victor finds out that Burrow claimed he and his partner are undercover cops, trying to take Mitch Bacall down for pushing drugs, specifically fentanyl distribution, to Nick.

He also learns Sharon doesn’t trust either cop, suspicious that they’re both in on it and covering for Clark, and from what Victor has witnessed, he tends to agree.

Nick has been keeping Victor apprised of what’s been going on with Noah, and unbeknownst to the family, it’s kept Victor up at night.

Victor decides to find out who Burrow and Annie report to at the Los Angeles Police Department. He wants to see what their superior has to say about what he overheard “Mitch Bacall” Burrow discussing at the bar in the Shadow Room, before he’ll trust them!
