Victor’s judgment is being clouded by his hatred for Billy Boy Abbott. He is risking Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) future because he believes he has found a kindred spirit in Locke. The head of the Newman clan considers Billy as a spoiled brat who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and not worthy of his daughter.

Once Victor gets wind of his former son-in-law’s continued snooping he will try to stop him and protect Victoria’s fiancee in the process. On Thursday Billy ran into Gaines but was unsuccessful in getting answers.
