The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Ashland Locke Is Telling The Truth

Viewers have seen Ashland when he is alone. Just as stress was impacting his health during the cancer ruse, which created genuine shortness of breath, so too has Ashland’s angst been real.

Ashland did fall in love with Victoria after he conjured the scheme to use her as a means to merge the Locke Communications Group with Newman Enterprises. Victoria has changed Ashland’s heart and outlook on life.

Thankfully for him, Victoria recognizes that Ashland’s love is real. Victor vehemently disagrees, and is certain that Ashland is still conning her.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Respected By Soul Mate

Victoria was moved by Ashland rescuing her after the three-car crash that took the life of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). She knew, through that event, he was emotionally tied to her.

Ashland shares some similar traits with Victor, which is also a strength in Victora’s eyes. But it was Ashland’s ability to admit he was wrong and plea for forgiveness that set him apart from an exact comparison to Victor and reinforced what Victoria believed.

She loves Ashland and felt the relationship they formed could not have been a lie. It was not, which bothers most of the Newman family, except for Adam.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Will Not Relent

Victor tried the legal angle, with his restraining order failing to rid Ashland from Victoria’s world. So, Victor has reverted to his standard operating procedure, verbal threats.

But Ashland is not intimidated by Victor. Braeden’s character realizes that. Victoria does as well, and that is another bonding point between her and Ashland.

This reconciled couple plans to start a new life away from Genoa City, Wisconsin. But the forming atmosphere feels like that will be prevented, somehow on Y&R.
