Victoria is Johnny Abbott (Holden and Ryan Hare) and Katie Abbott’s (Sienna Mercuri) mother. As devoted Y&R fans know, Victoria isn’t Johnny’s biological mother, with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) holding that distinction. That makes Heinle’s character all the more endearing to Billy, as she selflessly became his son’s maternal influence years ago.

It’s natural that Billy wants to vet Ashland. Victoria isn’t the only one who senses that.

Billy knows that Lily has made a major, positive impact on his life. He has kept himself in check since BiLily formed. Billy also enjoys Lily’s support where matters related to Victoria are concerned.

But Victoria is with Ashland right now. So, she’s not interested in Billy.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Newman’s Making Progress

Victoria’s wedding plans are formulating. October nuptials in Tuscany, Italy, are now being developed. However, the delayed date, as opposed to an elopement that could have happened, gives plenty of time for the Vashland wedding to be dashed.

Victor’s money and reach, combined with Billy’s dogged sense of the chase could produce the type of evidence that would give Victoria serious pause or even cause her to call the whole thing off. But if Ashland’s love proves real and he is truly terminally ill, then there could be nothing that Victor or Billy can do to prevent Victoria from marrying.
