The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor Visits Chelsea, Demanding Part-Time Custody Of Connor?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to spend more time at the ranch. Last week, he asked Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for partial custody of his grandson. Of course, Adam wasn’t on board but admitted Connor enjoyed spending him with Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

Adam only requested that Victor not talk to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) about Connor. He wanted to speak with her about it without fearing Victor would bully Chelsea into making a decision.

Victor’s concerns about Chelsea are not unfounded. She did have a mental health crisis. She wanted to end her life and neglected Connor when she was in her depressive state. But Chelsea is improving and doing the work to improve her life. She doesn’t need Victor to take Connor away from her.

Y&R spoilers state that Victor only wants Connor to feel safe and secure. He doesn’t want him to feel like an obligation, or someone Chelsea has to take care of because she’s his mother. Of course, Chelsea doesn’t feel that way. However, that seems to be Victor’s fear.

Against Adam’s warning, Victor stops by Chelsea’s apartment to chat with her. He brings up the idea of Connor spending regular time at the ranch to take some stress off her. Chelsea doesn’t like the idea because she would miss her son.
