In future episodes of Y & R, the power couple may not only compete with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) for Newman Enterprises. They may seek to run it out of business!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Power Play

Previous Y & R episodes revealed that Adam and Sally discussed a power play in which Adam wanted to wrest Newman Enterprises out from under his father and Victoria’s control. Adam felt that he was once again done dirty by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and told Sally he wanted the whole company – EVERYTHING! But it turns out that Adam may not have to worry about Victoria being in the CEO seat of Newman Enterprises anymore – she’s stepping down and reconciling with Ashland!

The transition period of Victoria stepping down and Victor having to take her place at the helm again may be the perfect time for Adam to make his power play! Victor needs to give his youngest son the things he promised him and he may force the issue now!

Y & R Spoilers – Ashland Locke And Victoria Newman-Locke Have Plenty Of Money

Ashland and Victoria have plenty of money to start over again and build their own empire, thanks to Adam’s paying him five hundred million dollars to leave town! Part of that deal also included leaving Victoria and divorcing her, but now that Ashland’s got all that money safely tucked away that’s not going to happen! They’ll use that money to start their own company – and it will likely be a competitor company to Newman Enterprises; and with Newman Media dissolved, they’ll start their own.

Ashland made his millions in media, and so they may start two divisions to compete and eventually to beat their competition! Ashland Locke is still a very powerful name in the business world, and the Locke Ness Monster now may be closer to a Phoenix and will rise from the ashes!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Public Never Found Out About The Cancer Scam

The public never found out about Ashland’s cancer scam, although making it public may be a dirty trick Adam might have up his sleeve! Victor will still try to convince Victoria she is making a grave mistake by reconciling with her fraud of a husband, but it won’t do any good. She’s made up her mind she won’t be controlled any more by the Newman monarchy, and Adam will take full advantage of that situation.

With Victoria abdicating the Newman throne, Adam would appear to be next in line anyway, but he won’t want to wait for his father to quit keeping Victoria’s seat warm! He and Sally will immediately start trying to wrestle control away from Victor!

Y & R Spoilers – Ashland Locke And Victoria Newman-Locke Will Not Be Run Out Of Town On A Rail!

One thing is certain – Ashland and Victoria will not be run out of town on a rail and they will not bow to the Newman’s orders to divorce. There will likely be even more of a power struggle in the Newman empire, and Adam and Sally will divide and conquer from within!  Ashland and Victoria will form a competitor company or two and seek to run the Newman empire or empires out of business, and then try to take them over. That’s a tried and true strategy for the very successful Locke Ness Monster!
