The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may put an end to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) budding romance.

For weeks the show has been foreshadowing a possible relationship between Billy and Lily. The two have become close while working at Chancellor Communications. Although they constantly bicker, fans can’t help but notice the chemistry brewing.

With both of them being single, it looks like they’re finally moving ahead with taking their relationship to the next level. However, Billy and Lily’s budding romance may be short-lived thanks to his ex.

It’s been months since Victoria and Billy (Jason Thompson) divorce. The reason for their split stemmed from Billy’s reckless behavior and his friendship with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). Although Billy and Victoria’s marriage ended, the two have tried to keep things amicable for the sake of their kids.

Since their split, Victoria has remained single and mainly concentrated on her role as CEO of Newman Enterprises. As for Billy, even though it looked like he and Amanda would become a couple, the pair decided they were better off as friends.

Now, it looks like Billy is ready to step back into the dating game, this time with Lily. (Christel Khalil)  But as soap fans know, this is bound to cause jealousy with Victoria.

Although Victoria stated she’s done with Billy, the love won’t ever go away. Deep down she’ll always love him, and he’s still a big part of her life. Yet, seeing him move on with another woman is going to reawaken her feelings.

Realizing she’s still in love with Billy, Victoria is going to set out to win back her man.

Y&R Spoilers – Plot To Break Up The Couple

It seems as if Victoria’s jealousy is already stirring. Viewers saw Victoria issue a warning to Lily about how reckless Billy can be and that Billy will break her heart. While it may be construed as concern for Lily, odds are Victoria is trying to deter the woman from pursuing a relationship with Billy.

Yet, Victoria’s words have fallen on deaf ears because of Lily’s eagerness to start a romance with Billy. Billy and Lily’s relationship is already heating up with the pair sharing a kiss. With romance on the horizon, their relationship is going to be the talk of Genoa City.

Of course, Victoria will be keeping an eye on the couple, and in the back of her mind plotting to split them up.

There are several ways Victoria could go about this. The first is having her seduce Billy and convincing him to come back to her. Using their kids in her plot, Victoria will trick Billy into believing that they can be a family again.

Another way Victoria will cause the couple’s break up is proving to Lily how reckless Billy can be. She knows his vices are gambling and alcohol. Even though Billy has straightened out his life, his old demons could come back to haunt him. When Billy gets around alcohol and gambling, he can become careless and his actions could lead to a break up with Lily.
