The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been on a tear lately, trying to clean up the business messes his kids made at the family company, Newman Enterprises. As such, he has demoted and promoted without regret, but at the same time enraging his family members. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) was promoted and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) was demoted.

Subsequently Victoria lashed out and when Nikki tried to reason with Victor he didn’t not want to hear about it. Will Victor’s domineering leadership and Victoria’s suspicions about his state of mind lead Nikki to form an alliance with her daughter against her husband?
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman’s Wrath
Victoria is snarking to Nikki that Victor is acting irrational and she’s worried about him. There was no doubt that she was insulted when Victor took down Victoria’s portrait on the CEO wall and put back his own.
Plus Victoria can use his pulling out of Chancellor-Winters as another indicator of bad business judgment.
But Victoria’s rants against her father seem more about her hurt feelings than any absence of judgment on Victor’s part. Nonetheless, Victoria has her mom’s ear and Nikki may start to wonder if Victor is ok.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman’s Rants
On the heels of demoting Victoria, Victor makes another jaw dropping decision! He informs Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is his assistant.
How long will Victoria rant on about Victor’s bad business decisions? In addition to switching employee jobs he also kicked Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to the curb after promising her that she would run a division.

Victoria isn’t above playing dirty by suggesting to Nikki that she is ignoring Victor’s mental instability. Nikki may begin to think twice about Victor’s business decisions and wonder if Victoria is right after all.
