Lily Winters’ Past
Let’s begin with Lily, who will be thinking about her past with Cane. Even though she claims to hate the man, she sure spends a lot of time thinking about him.
While that is true, it’s also true that Cane has done some terrible things. Cane wasn’t directly responsible for the deaths in Nice, but they wouldn’t have happened if there wasn’t a mystery party.

Lily might think about all the times Cane infuriated her. However, she could also begin to remember the good times.
Meanwhile, Cane will also be thinking about his past. The man recorded a message to his children admitting to a lot of mistakes.
The tycoon keeps saying this is all for Lily, but won’t explain exactly what he means. So, I have to wonder what kind of game he’s playing and how this is supposed to redeem him in Lily’s eyes.
Since Cane’s past was shrouded in deception, all these secrets and mysteries don’t sit well with Lily at all.

Nate Hastings’ Regret
Over with Nate, his pushing Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to confess didn’t play out like anyone thought. Nate believed that it would get her to confess the truth. Instead, she dumped Nate.
Even though Devon firmly believes the former doctor dodged a bullet, he will make a discovery. Nate will confess that he thinks he might have made a huge mistake. Nate might consider begging Audra for another chance, but Devon could try to encourage him to stay strong.
Nick Newman’s Damage Control
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, August 27 reveal that Nick will try to do some damage control. This damage control is with Phyllis. It seems that Phyllis will confront Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about blackmailing Cane.
However, Nick will jump in and try to smooth things over. After all, Nick needs to stay on Phyllis’ good side to get a possible fake alliance with Cane.
