Neutralizing a Threat

Let’s start off with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). The man returned from a trip out of town, but didn’t tell anyone where he went.

The man will announce to his family that they have a problem. It seems that the judge threw out the case against Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). The minute that the villain was released, he disappeared.

Everyone knows that Matt isn’t going to hide or run. The man enjoys the hunt too much. However, the Newman family would rather be the one to find Matt rather than the villain finding them first.

Nick Newman’s Scheme

After Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) freaks out over Matt being MIA, he comes up with a plan. The man gets a little help from Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

It’s not clear what this plan is, but SHICK better be careful. At the same time, I understand that they are just sick of dealing with the threat. Much like Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) on Days of Our Lives.

It is stated that Nick and Sharon manage to turn the tables on Matt.

Devon Winters & Nate Hastings’ Intel

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, February 25 reveal that Devon Winters (Christel Khalil) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) are worried about Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Mattie Ashby (Lexie Stevenson), and Charlie Ashby (Noah Alexander Gerry).

They are right to be concerned. I don’t care what Victor says, nobody has heard from Lily and the kids. They really could be in danger and if they were, would Victor even admit it?

I think the only thing Victor cares about is his empire, and there could be consequences for that.

Cane Ashby Accountable

As for Devon and Nate’s next move, they decide to hold someone accountable. It’s not Victor, though. Devon confronts Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

Right now, Cane doesn’t have control of the company. Devon won’t care and will remind Cane that he set all this in motion to begin with in Nice.

While Cane is pretty powerless right now, could he manage to get the empire back? Could Cane play dirty and give Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) a taste of her own medicine?

  3. Dave Parsons says

Here’s an appropriate location to leave a critical observation. It seems the general viewership has grown “weary” to put it cordially, of the past 2 years of “coddling” the character that is old man Victor. Attempting to write a narrative of “cyclical perpetuation” and perfunctory discourse in recent times, has caused viewing numbers to drop substantially. In short; the screen creators’ hands have been “forced” to rebrand him as NOT “a pseudo-god”….. after all, nobody on this Earth is that. I am a member of a former “critiquing faction” doted T-Rex et al, that on numerous occasions called out such unethical writing strategies. I also hold a QUORA page whereas I have made substantial contributions to its legacy ranging from science, to sociology, psychology; among many other academic domains. One of my page,s -followers- is CEO Elon Musk Craig himself. I fathom to suggest that it takes one genius to KNOW another genius. My name is Dave. I am telling the entire Y and R “microcosmic society,” that the gross aggregate wealth of a true world TITAN like Elon =outpaces the orphan boy, aka old man Victor= by many HUNDREDS of times over… and that is without exaggeration. My last name is Parsons. I hope Eric Braeden among others check it out; as they WILL SEE that universal reciprocitism and the metaparadigm that is metamodernism, will run rampant over “Machiavellian society;” microcosmic or real world. Your writers did well for a change having Phyllis and Cane THROW the old fool out of his precious decades old “office” recently. By the way, Elon may very well sell “Martian real estate” before too long! HAH. Let’s see what the writers can come up with now, in contravention to what I’VE JUST DECLARED here today……. HA HA HA. Sorry old fool: YOU LOSE…. and your portrayer will legitimately be in the ground soon as well. GOOD DAY. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw.
