Sharon Newman’s Mental Health Crisis

Y&R spoilers for Wednesday, July 31 reveal that Sharon has been struggling with her mental health. It began with a medication change, which Sharon didn’t handle well. At some point, Sharon stopped taking her medication, according to Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster).

Sharon has basically stopped working and her house is a mess with files strewn everywhere. Plus, Sharon has begun hallucinating.

Emotional Confession

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is really worried about Sharon. Of course, Nick was the first person to inquire when something didn’t seem right.

That was weeks ago and Nick has been trying to tread carefully as one must do when dealing with mental health issues. Nick might confront Sharon about lying to him about how bad things were getting. 

Sharon will make an emotional confession. Could this confession be that she’s hallucinating or hasn’t been taking her meds regularly?

Maybe Sharon quit her doctor and hasn’t gotten a new psychiatrist yet. While Sharon will make a confession, it also might be the complete story.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, July 31 reveal that Victor will make a bold move. This bold move will center around Chancellor Industries.

When Victor makes his bold move, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will definitely react. What will Billy do about it is the bigger question.

On Wednesday’s episode, Lily will undergo yet another loyalty test. Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) already knows that Lily plans to stick with Billy at Chancellor Industries.

However, Lily also doesn’t know the Victor factor. So, when she finds out, that could have Lily questioning if she made the right choice. 

Back to Wednesday’s episode, I’m not sure what kind of loyalty test Devon will give Lily, especially if she’s already staying with Chancellor Industries. Perhaps Devon will poke holes in Billy’s plan and make Lily switch sides?

There is also the issue with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).

With the custody battle intensificying, Claire is considering quitting. However, that still doesn’t solve the problem with SKYLE and Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell).
