The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Wednesday, May 20 – Devon Rescued From Lion’s Den – Neil Hit By Car – Brittany Confides In JT

Young and the Restless Spoilers Malcolm Winters, Neil Winters, Shemar Moore, Kristoff St. John, The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers & updates for Wednesday, May 20, tease that viewers will see an encore episode of Y&R that originally aired on February 9, 2005. In the episode, Bobby Marsino (John Enos) confronted Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) with a piece of paper with her handwriting on it which turned out to be some of Joshua Cassen’s burial plans. Nikki will tell Bobby that she wanted to handle the arrangements for him since he was in no shape to do it.

Bobby will understand Nikki’s need to make arrangements, but he won’t understand why she wanted Brittany Hodges Marsino (Lauren Woodland) to lie to him about it, or why Brittany had agreed to lie. Nikki will tell Bobby that Brittany was at times too young to know the right thing to so, and that Brittany was a bit threatened by Nikki. Nikki will think that Bobby should let it be and not tell Brittany that he knows about this. Bobby will agree and thank Nikki for everything she’s done.

Next on Y&R, Brittany will tell JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) that she’s pregnant. Brittany will be afraid about how Bobby is going to react, given their financial situation and their current living arrangements. Brittany won’t think that the timing of the pregnancy is favorable, but JT will reassure her that everything will be ok. JT will advise Brittany to trust in Bobby and go tell him everything. Brittany will agree, and she’ll be feeling better about the whole thing until she arrives at the ranch and sees Bobby and Nikki together.

Michael Baldwin Is Unnerved By Kevin Fisher’s Attitude – CBS Soap Spoilers

Next on Y&R, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will be guarded as Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) fishes for details about Kevin’s earlier therapy session. Kevin will seem upbeat about the session, saying that it was good to have someone to talk with about his past. Kevin will say that he’s looking forward to Valentine’s Day, and that he wanted to do something special for Mackenzie “Mac” Browning (Ashley Bashioum), since she is the reason that he’s in therapy.

Michael will note that Kevin needed to be in therapy for himself, and not because of anyone else. Kevin will agree with that, explaining that Mac is special for standing by him. Kevin will then remark to Michael that last Valentine’s Day, he was still with Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman). Michael will worry about Kevin’s words, and he’ll be unnerved by Kevin’s overall attitude. Kevin will then gift Michael a lottery ticket and leave for a walk.

Next on Y&R, Lauren will arrive to find Michael celebrating with champagne and canapés. Michael will be celebrating over Kevin’s decision to seek therapy. But Michael will explain to Lauren that he’s still uneasy with the whole situation – after all Kevin used to be infatuated with her, and it seems like his feelings for Mac could be similarly problematic.

Lauren will think that Michael should quit worrying so much about Kevin, and that Mac was at least Kevin’s age. Michael will say that deep down, Kevin has a good heart, yet he’ll think that it seems a little odd for Kevin to be so upbeat after going to therapy and talking about heavy subjects, like his childhood abuse and the troubles he’s caused for himself in the recent past.

Meanwhile, Mac will meet up with JT at home. They’ll nearly argue over Kevin, but they’ll agree to discuss other things. JT will share that he and Colleen Carlton (Lyndsy Fonesca) broke up, and that Colleen planned to go to Europe with her mom and stepdad. Mac will sense that something else is bothering JT, but he won’t disclose Brittany’s pregnancy news. JT and Mac will decide to spend Valentine’s Day together.

CBS Young and Restless Updates: Ashley Abbott Carlton Questions Jack Abbott’s New Stance

Next on Y&R, Ashley Abbott Carlton (Eileen Davidson) will quiz Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about Brad Carlton’s (Don Diamont) change of heart. Jack will tell Ashley that it’s in the company’s best interest if Brad makes an effort to work with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Ashley won’t disagree, but she won’t readily accept that Jack wants to be a peacemaker, given that he recently flung a chair through a window.

Jack will maintain that the two things aren’t related – he’ll say that he wanted to help the company and have everyone work together, and that he threw a chair because Victor took things too far. Ashely won’t buy it, and she’ll think that Jack is up to something, but Jack will tell Ashley that no one cares about Jabot more than he does, and that someday she’ll believe that.

Victor Newman Defends His Actions To Nick Newman – Soap Opera Spoilers

Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will show up at Jabot to talk with Victor. Nick will ask his father why he told Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) the truth about who is paying her salary. Victor will get upset and claim that he didn’t know Sharon was in the dark about this. Furthermore, Victor will say that he’s offended that Nick is implying that he’d cause trouble in Nick’s marriage to Sharon.

Victor will say that the Abbotts did Nick a favor by hiring Sharon, and he’ll think that Nick is trying to stab them in the back by trying to steal Sharon away. Victor will tell Nick that Sharon should remain at Jabot until he’s done restructuring the entire company. Nick will be stunned.

Devon Hamilton Gets Rescued From The Lion’s Den

Next on Y&R, the Winters family and a guard will find Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) in the lion’s den at the zoo. Devon will be frozen in fear, and Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) will go into the den and stand in between the lion and Devon. Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) will get inside the den as well, pulling Devon out of the enclosure and to safety.

Malcolm will eventually make his way out of the cage as well. Later, outside the zoo, Devon will thank Neil and Malcolm for saving him. Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) will tell Devon that they’ll discuss it later, and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will go with Devon to get the car.

Meanwhile, Neil and Malcolm will joke around, teasing each other about how brave they were in the lion’s den. Suddenly, as Malcolm and Neil are standing in the street joking with each other, Lily and Devon will drive up, and Lily will lose control of the car due to ice on the road. The car will side and ultimately it will hit Neil, sending him flying into the snow.
