Sally was so desperate to get Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) back from Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) that she faked having a terminal illness.

Toward the end of the storyline, Sally planned on getting pregnant with Wyatt’s baby. Sally was exposed, which led to her exit from B&B and introduction to Y&R fans. So, maybe Sally will wonder if her past sins led to her current anguish.
