Y&R spoilers for Monday reveal that Billy has to make a decision about Gaines’ video regarding Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). The clock is ticking and Billy needs to decide whether to publish the bombshell revelation or not. Billy gives Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) several reasons why he wants to take the scoop.       I suppose it's time to put Chance to rest once and for all… Abby will be a single mother or Devon will step up as Dominic's dad… which he is… Mariah and Tessa will be done if Noah stays in Genoa City…. Sally has to be kept in place. Billy and Lily need to move forward with their lives and be happy.
