While Adam appears to be Sally’s true love, Nick is the conservative choice. Sally sees herself as maturing, with Nick being the right fit.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Next Child?

Sally may want to remain with Nick even if she is pregnant with Adam’s child. Nick accepted her being with Adam recently. But the likelihood of him being able to stomach her carrying his brother’s child is highly debatable.

Devoted fans know that the late Sage Newman (Kelly Sullivan) gave birth to Adam’s child, Christian Newman (Alex Wilson). Nick believed that was his child and continued to raise him after the reveal.

Christian was referenced on more than one occasion during the Christmas holidays. That felt like it was leading somewhere. Sally’s assumed pregnancy would tie directly into that backstory wink on Y&R.
