The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Will Ashley Turn Down Tucker’s Business Proposition?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) has an exciting career opportunity to think over. It’s such an amazing offer that she would be stupid not to take it.

The only snag in the plan is that the offer comes from Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). She doesn’t trust him, and the thought of doing business with him makes her very nervous. However, her relationship with her brother, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), is not good, as he blames her for Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) arrival in Genoa City.

On Wednesday’s (December 14) show, Tucker admits that he wants to work side by side with his son, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Y&R’s spoilers reveal that he wants a healthy personal relationship with his son and to work with him. Then Tucker told Ashley he would love for her to join him in his business venture.

Ashley wasn’t sure how to respond to his request. Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Ashley questions whether Tucker plans to make a play for Chancellor Winters and Jabot. It sounded like he was talking about taking both businesses and having her run Jabot and Devon CW.

Tucker claimed that he was speaking of a new company. Apparently, he said it was a liar Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) created and that he was after Jabot’s financial records. Of course, Ashley knows that Diane is a liar, but deep down, she believes that Tucker isn’t being completely honest with her.

Right now, it looks like Ashley will decline Tucker’s offer. But that depends on how Jack behaves in the next few weeks. On Wednesday’s show, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) admitted she called Jeremy to chase Diane out of town.

Phyllis thought confessing to making the call would lead to Jack’s forgiveness. However, the Y&R spoilers state that it only angered him more. He ordered her to leave his office and suggested that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) fire her mother.
Jack warned Ashley and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) last week that if he found out that one of them—Ashley, Nikki, or Phyllis—called Jeremy to drive Diane out of town, he’d hold them all responsible.

Now that he knows that Phyllis called Jeremy, will tension rise between Jack and Ashley? Only time will tell how this all pans out on Y&R.
