The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Working Against His Family
Nate has been working against his family and the family company by acting as Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) corporate spy. Victoria’s agenda is to act as a corporate raider, buying out the majority of Hamilton-Winters stock when they file the IPO, or initial public offering paperwork. By becoming the majority stockholder, she’s basically buying them out and she’ll be able to call all the shots in all business decisions.
By Victoria and Nate doing this, essentially they are one very short step away from being prosecuted for insider trading. That’s what got Martha Stewart locked up back in the day.
Y & R Spoilers – Nate Hastings Wants To Make Up
Nate tells Elena that he wants to make up, but Elena’s not sure because he still wants to move forward with his plan to help Victoria take over Hamilton-Winters. She feels like he is not the same idealistic man who was driven to work at free clinics and save lives when he was a doctor. She feels like she doesn’t even know Nate anymore or like this cutthroat corporate raider he’s becoming, and she’s not sure she wants to stay with him.

Y&R spoilers show Nate has never been driven by greed or ambition and now she feels like he is, and she is more and more feeling they have no future together. Elena has no interest whatsoever in pursuing that type of a lifestyle, which she believes is based on securing the next big business deal regardless of ethical concerns.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Revelation
Elena is deep in thought at the Crimson Lights coffeehouse, when Victoria approaches her and reveals Nate is “playing a game”. Elena has an epiphany and realizes Victoria is only out for the deal and the money it can make her and doesn’t care what it does to Nate. Elena ponders that Nate may ruin every relationship he has with his family, since basically it will be a betrayal, and Victoria doesn’t care about that.
Elena decides she has to put a stop to this and rushes over to Chancellor-Winters; she bursts in just as Nate and the others are getting ready to file the IPO papers. However, if she tells Devon Hamilton, (Bryton James) Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) what she knows, she may do much more harm than she does good.
