The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Will Nate Cheat, Elena Left Behind

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Nate Hasting (Sean Dominic) is not really the same person we’ve known and loved over the years, and in fact, he’s not even really the same person. Ever since he swapped careers, and has had Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) swooning all over him, he’s gotten a little arrogant.

This has fanned the flames of a heated back and forth with his cousin, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), and created a pretty hostile work environment. With their constant back and forth, and Imani constantly reassuring Nate and telling him he’s right, I think we’re on the verge of something happening between the two of them.

While I think Nate genuinely cares about Elena and their life together, the temptation is a hell of a thing, especially when it’s being pressed on you every day. Remember, there wasn’t much going on between Nate and Elena really before they decided to get together at work. At least, nothing compared to what Imani is doing to Nate!

While he has been able to resist to this point, we can see him crumbling underneath and becoming someone we don’t know. Even with Elena on his side and trying to explain to him what is going on, Nate seems completely blinded by it. He likes it. He soaks up the attention from Imani and feels like it’s a free boost.

Y&R Spoilers – Will He Leave Elena Dawson?

The question that keeps coming up is what in the world is Nate going to do? If you asked me a year ago, I probably would have said that he would not give in and stay faithful, but since he’s started working for Devon, he seems like a completely different person and I think he’s just one bad day away from giving in and cheating on Elena with Imani.

Of course, this will only create more chaos in the workplace and Devon would probably fire him, but I also think Devon would be upset about it. Not only is it inappropriate but I think he still cares about Elena and would be heartbroken if she was cheated on and destroyed like he was.

Nate is walking a dangerous line and I think he needs to be mindful. Imani is waiting for him to slip up.
