The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Will Victor Newman’s Illness Kill Him?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is fighting for his life as he participates in a experimental drug trial. It is supposed to work for his illness, but it has some pretty severe side effects. However, the Mustache is willing to do whatever he has too.

Victor is a man that has battled bad guys, took over companies, and had life-threatening injuries. His family is having trouble that he is really in danger of dying because he has been invisible so far.

But he isn’t invisible as he is battling a serious blood disease that has the potential to kill him. While this probably won’t kill Victor, it will shakeup the Newmans in a way they never expected.

For example, Victor was forced to look long and hard at his son, Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) character, and decide that he would no longer beg for him to be a part of his life.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor’s Kids Support Him

Victor realizes that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is the best person to take over Newman Enterprises and he named her temporary CEO. As for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), they want to make their own way without Victor’s help, but they fully support their sick dad.

It’s possible that when Victor gets better, he will want to take over NE again and Victoria will be demoted to the COO position again. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that it might be a little while before Victor is better. He will definitely get worse before he’s better.

Another likely scenario is Victor will need a bone marrow or some other life saving procedure and only one of his children will be a match. The Y&R spoilers hint that that child will probably be Adam and he will struggle with the answer as to if he wants to save his dad or not.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Eric Braeden Teases Victor’s Fate

Adam knows it won’t matter if he saves his dad’s life or not, his siblings will never accept him. They will always think he is not good enough and treat him as an outside. They can’t even pretend to be nice to him, even when their dad, Victor said that’s his dying wish.

The good news is Victor will survive this as Eric Braeden told his Twitter followers that he isn’t planning on dying. The bad news is, it could tear apart the Newman family in the process.
