The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Y&R Alum Kelli Goss Boyfriend Suffers Horrific AccidentKelli Goss, who viewers may recall for her role as Courtney Slone on “The Young and the Restless,” is dealing with some real-life drama. The actress shared that her boyfriend Justin Wilmers got into a horrible accident during a snowboarding excursion near Big Bear last Valentine’s Day.

In an Instagram post, the actress shared that Wilmers suffered five broken ribs, a punctured and collapsed lung, and bruised kidneys.

“We were originally told it was much worse. So, having a chest tube put in, being transported by ambulance to a trauma hospital, and having to spend a few days here has been the best-case scenario,” Goss explained.

The Scariest Day Of Her Life

“Having the person I depend on and turn to for strength need me to be strong (read: tearless) and to tell him everything is going to be okay when the words ‘life threatening’ and ‘could lead to fatality’ are being used in the room after thinking it was just a few knocked up ribs was something I can’t explain,” she continued.

Goss is truly thankful to the Lord Almighty for giving her strength and for keeping the man he loves safe. It was the scariest day of her life but she feels blessed that things has taken a better turn. She was relieved when the doctors reported that Wilsons’ organs are in working order.

“We are beyond thankful for the wonderful care he’s received, our families, friends and everyone who has reached out with well wishes, who have visited, called, brought us outside food and prayed for a quick recovery. Please keep them coming so we’ll get to come home soon!” Goss continued.

Goss’ Recent Projects

Although she’s no longer with “The Young and the Restless,” fans can still catch her on “The United States of AI,” a comedy pilot at CBS. She also played the role as Heather Roth in Netflix’s “The Ranch.”

The actress’ first TV role was on “My Name is Earl” in 2007. Two years later, she appeared on “United States of Tara” and then landed the role of Jennifer 2 on Nickelodeon’s “Big Time Rush.”
