It looks like Michael Roark is making the jump from daytime television to feature films! The Young and the Restless star, who many fans remember as Travis Crawford, has landed a new role in a motocross film alongside country music star Trace Adkins.
According to reports, the untitled feature film will be produced by ESX Entertainment. And while there are very few details available about the new project, Michael did share a new Instagram photo from the set of the film. He simply captioned it with, “Leaving work. I prefer four wheelers over set vans.”

Clearly, Michael is excited about his new film. But at the same time this isn’t his first time working in the movie industry. Two of his films, Catalyst and The Au Pair, are currently in post-production. He’s also guest starred on several television series including Finding Carter, Grey’s Anatomy, Stalker, Sleepy Hollow, and Royal Pains. With his handsome good looks, it’s no wonder that Michael is fast becoming one of the fastest rising stars in the entertainment world. But that’s something The Young and the Restless fans already knew!

Meanwhile, many soap fans know that country star Trace Adkins is no stranger to the world of daytime television. He appeared during a May 2008 episode of The Young and the Restless when he performed his hit song, “You’re Gonna Miss This” for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (played by actress Michelle Stafford).
