The Young And The Restless: There Could Be A Christine-Danny Reunion

The Young and the Restless spoilers, news, and updates tease that a reunion between Christine and Danny may be possible according to the Christine actress herself, Lauralee Bell.

Paul Williams (played by Doug Davidson) is now out of Christine’s life and she is ready to move on. But what if moving on means going back to her old beau?

A lot of long-time Y&R fans are rooting for her to reunite with Danny Romalotti (played by Michael Damian). He was reportedly reprising his role for more extension.

According to Lauralee, she thinks that it is more possible for Christine to be with either Paul or Danny than for her to find someone new.

The actress thought it would make more sense for her to be with someone who has been in her life already.

Lauralee added that Danny and Paul are Christine’s people and if she is going to be with someone, it is more likely it is with Danny.

Lauralee also said that Christine’s relationship with Paul was intense, but she thinks that in the back of Christine’s mind, she has never forgotten about her first love.

And it was Danny. She thinks that the two have shared a bond that can never be broken.

Michael Damian reprised his role in December last year when Danny visited Genoa City. Christine and Danny were able to bond and remember the good times they had before, including the bad ones.

If Danny decides to stay a little bit longer, they may reconnect even deeper, especially with the kind of past they had.

Lauralee said that it may not be easy for Christine to go back in time, but she thinks it would be interesting for two people who shared a past to be reunited years later.

She is kind of curious if it would work especially because they literally have grown apart.

The two have different mindsets now and are both mature. It won’t be the puppy love scenario they had before.

They have experienced a lot separately and we are not sure how this will play out if they try to reconnect even deeper. Lauralee said that she and Michael would be excited to play that narrative.

We can’t wait to see more of the Christine-Danny reunion soon. There is a lot of potential for this storyline as it could go in whatever direction. We just can’t wait to see how it would play out.
