The Young and the Restless promo for the week of December 30th thru January 3rd indicates that Genoa City residents will ring in the new year, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is suspicious of Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), while Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is torn between Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

Genoa City residents gather at Society toe celebrate the New Year. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) join Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and many others to ring in 2020.

As everyone celebrates, Victor makes a toast wishing many more happy New Years to come.

There’s bound to be plenty of excitement and drama in 2020 for the citizens of Genoa City.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman is suspicious of Billy Abbott

Unbeknownst to Victoria, her marriage to Billy is starting to crack. With Billy’s behavior changing, he’s falling back into old habits. He’s recently struck up a friendship with Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan), whom he feels a connection with.

Billy has been avoiding Victoria and sneaking away to have drinks with Amanda. This week when Victoria wants to go out to celebrate the New Year, Billy informs her that she’ll have to go alone. Later Billy is seen meeting Amanda in a bar and wishing her a Happy New Year.

However, Billy’s secret may not be hidden for long. Later Victoria and Billy are sitting at the dining room table when she asks if there’s something you want to tell me and Billy responds it’s bigger than that.

So will Billy come clean about everything? Or will he continue to keep secrets from Victoria?

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson is torn

Heading into the new year, Chelsea is going to be torn between two men.

Chelsea is dating Nick, yet living with Adam until their son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is well. The living situation has caused tension in Chelsea’s relationship with Nick, while also reigniting feelings between her and Adam.

Chelsea tells Nick that she wants to be with him, yet later Adam confronts her and tries to get her to admit that they’re not done. Chelsea tells Adam that nothing is going to happen and to stop living in the past. However, the two then share a kiss, which rattled Chelsea and stirs up old feelings.

Later as everyone gathers at Society to ring in the New Year, Nick is alone and tells Jack that he’s losing Chelsea. As for Chelsea, she is seen holding hands with Adam as they watch the fireworks.

So has Chelsea finally made up her mind? Are she and Nick over? And are she and Adam headed towards a long-awaited reunion?
