Victor tells Adam that he killed A.J Montalvo (no actor’s name known for this role), with Grossman’s character obviously repressing the grim details. That unexpected shocker totally shifts the anticipated power structure at Newman Enterprises, with another potential twist also possible.
As fans recall, Adam recently admitted to Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) that he was responsible for killing a man in Las Vegas, Nevada. As viewers and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) heard it, the unnamed character was being pursued by Chance, whose life was saved by Adam’s action.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Many Sit In The Big Chair
Within a matter of weeks, three of Victor’s children sat in the big chair at Newman. Vickie Newman (Amelia Heinle) gained the top spot a number of months ago after she made her father a take-it or leave-it proposition. Her stabbing, through mistaken identity crime, then caused Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) brief appearance.
Victor didn’t feel comfortable when Adam told him that he’d be willing to serve as acting Chief Executive Officer but offered him the position after Nick rejected the post. Nick’s late change of heart caused Adam to rebel.
Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) was written into the storyline, as the ‘Chadam’ family made contact with her in Kansas. Adam then used Alyssa to collect what he thought was dirt that could be used on Victor.
Y&R Spoilers – Vickie Newman Rules Alone?
Will Victor allow Vickie to retake the reigns now that Adam’s first murder is known? Viewers will be watching to see if Victor wants Adam to face charges, or might be forced to contact the police if his youngest son forces the issue.
Based on show history, Victor may want to protect Adam. Y&R fans recall that Adam walked on a ten-year sentence for a different crime through his father’s help.
It’s also possible that Victor asks Adam to stay on at Newman, though not as CEO, in an attempt to heal the latest rift with Hope Wilson’s (Signy Coleman) son. Fans can imagine how Vickie and Nick would react to that choice.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Conviction And Jail Time Options
Victor may already know what Adam did in Vegas. If he doesn’t, Phyllis might try to exploit her knowledge, though she seems to have lost her hammer now that Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) destroyed the memory stick that contained Adam’s admission of guilt.
Based on Adam’s brash behavior, fans can’t rule out him facing charges, being convicted, and sent to jail. There are a lot of plot steps between here and there, but it surely is a realistic option based on the two crimes he is now known to have committed.
Fans of ‘The Young and the Restless’ rightfully express their opinions on a regular basis. So, what does Adam’s reveal as A.J.’s killer lead to? Please vote in our poll!

Victor shouldn’t have taken the reigns from Vickie in the first place. I think Adam is going to really mess things up and have everything taken away from him.
Victoria should have been in the position along, not sure where Adam is hading!
I think Victor did right by trying to save both of his children. Victoria should have trusted Victor and Nikki should have kept her big mouth closed. People saying that Adam is a murder but given the information he was saving his mother as lost of us would try and do. Victoria doesn’t care about anyone but her seat as ceo
Get rid of sharon
Victor did do the right thing, but only because Adam is so much like him it is scary. I know he is his son and he should protect him, but Adam makes it hard. He feels he is owed something ,and he isn’t owed a damn thing as far as I am concerned. I hate the fact that he was brought back to cause so much heart ache. I realize it is a soap but Y&R can do just fine without Adam. I am also very happy that Lola and Theo have been written out. Goodbye to those two whine boxes.
