‘The Young and the Restless’ (YR) Poll: Will Adam Force Michael To Throw Nick’s Custody Case?

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is multitasking on ‘The Young and the Restless’. He believes that Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will do everything asked. If he doesn’t, Adam has threatened that Kevin will never see Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) again.

Y&R Spoilers: Adam Newman Is Multitasking Believes That Kevin Fisher Will Do Everything He Asks

Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) received a call, which ties into the above. Adam wanted him to take on his custody case, not knowing that Michael already agreed to defend his again-enemy brother, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

The read here is clear, Adam continues to hold Chloe, with Michael dropping Nick as a client. Although, Adam might demand something more, well, Victor Newman-like (Eric Braeden) than that.

Is it too much of a stretch to believe that Adam will tell Michael that he needs to purposely lose Nick’s case in order to satisfy part of Kevin’s debt? Of course not! As Y&R viewers know, Adam has already coerced Rikaart’s just-returned character to spy on Vickie Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick in order to gain information about their plans.

Adam is calculating, rightly, that Vickie and Nick’s trust in Kevin, never suspecting him of him of duplicity, or being their menacing brother’s ally, will allow pertinent information to be pried from them and then used. Kevin began his efforts during a sit-down with Vickie and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) at Crimson Lights. He’ll follow by getting what he can from Nick.

Young And The Restless Spoilers: The Custody Case Is Going To Happen

Y&R is green-lighting the custody case, so viewers should expect to see court proceedings shortly. Intriguingly, Nick told Michael that he detested him for having represented Victor in the past Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) custody case. But Morrow’s driven alter ego also said that he was willing to hire Michael now because he knew how to win.

Has Nick set himself up for betrayal? Might Michael feel forced to flummox his legal efforts as partial payment to Adam for Chloe’s release? Those are just two questions that make this poll question one to ponder.

Fans of ‘The Young and the Restless’ rightfully express their opinions on a regular basis. So, will Adam force Michael to throw Nick’s custody case? Please vote in our poll below!

Adam was a good father to Conner why would you say Chelsea was on fear for him. The love they had was strong and real it does not die that easily.
