Here’s a man who somehow escaped the cabin blast that Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) intentionally created in September 2016. She wanted him dead. The held grudge about Delia Abbott’s (Sophie Pollono) was the impetus during that time period.
Victor knows what Chloe did to his son. Unlike the others, including Sharon, the ‘Moustache’ realizes that Adam could mistake any woman for his attempted murderer. That reason alone makes Adam a wild card in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Anyone who suffers memory loss isn’t standing on solid emotional ground. Sharon does understand that, as she once lost her memory in New Orleans, Louisiana, when ‘Shadam’ was one of Y&R’s power couples many years ago in both real and soapy time. This was back when Michael Muhney filled the role.
At the time, Sharon didn’t know that Adam stole just-born Faith Newman (as later played by Alyvia Alyn Lind) and gave her to Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). Despite that bad history, Sharon is choosing to remember the good.

Sharon’s tell to the gathered group in ‘Shey’s’ Vegas hotel suite paints Adam as the man who saved her life a few times. That’s very generous considering what longtime viewers of the show know, even considering that Adam did later help Sharon.

Case’s character must be used by Victor as the deepest romantic link to Adam because Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) hasn’t returned to town, yet. Egan’s rejoined the cast. So Sharon seems likely to pass the torch to her soon.
Grossman’s recast took awhile. Long rumored after Justin Hartley voluntarily departed to join the then-new show ‘This Is Us’, Y&R took its time in selecting the man who has become the fourth adult Adam, following Chris Engen, Muhney, and Hartley. Grossman appears on United States’ screens as Adam on May 13.

At least until Chelsea gets back. I imagine eventually Adam and Chelsea will end up together and Sharon and Nick will get back together. I hope. My hopes are always dashed though when something always stops Sharon and Nick from getting married again – usually Phylls

Yes, and even with the bad memories that come back the good ones win out and Adam and Sharon become a strong couple.
As for Rey Paul will request he leave since he finds out Rey knew about Mia.
I am hoping for Chelsea. I don’t really like the looks of this Adam. Hope he proves too be good.
Probably since Sharon is so promiscuous and has pawed at nearly every man who has said hello to her. So why not? She’s been married 8 or 9 times and I’ve lost count of her side flings. Just something else for me to fast forward through. When Chelsea is back in GC, those sparks between her and Adam are the sparks I might want to see. Chelsea is classy.
