The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Mishael Morgan Is Seen Again

Readers of this site know that Morgan had to leave the cast earlier this year. The actor had emergency eye surgery to repair a detached retina. All went well and her recovery allowed a return to the set in recent weeks.

Morgan’s return to the screen also means that Karla Mosley’s (Amanda and Maya Avant on The Bold and the Beautiful) fill-in gig has ended. It was cool for viewers to see the B&B cast member in a different role. Hopefully, this solid actor will be reprising her character on Y&R’s sister show in the near future.

Y&R Spoilers – Naya Benedict Remains Guarded

Naya’s story seemed believable. Her father, an up-and-coming political player, is said to have made decisions about the twins Naya and Richard were going to have while they were in college.

Storey’s character gave Hilary Hamilton (Morgan) to her cousin, Rose Turner (Leslie Stevens), to raise. But it wasn’t practical for Rose to take two babies, so Amanda ended up in the foster care system.

It currently appears as though Naya wasn’t connected to Richard’s demise. What her father’s role may have been in that matter is a good question, as his own, other granddaughter, Imani, has warned Amanda about him.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jealously Led To Fatal Clash?

Amanda recently developed a new theory. What was more of a conversation with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), than a legal questioning session, led to a revelation?

Victor told Amanda that Richard was aware that he had a child but apparently didn’t know about being the father of twins. That countered Naya’s belief that Richard never knew she had his children.

This stunner forces the storyline in a new direction, opening the possibility that Eric saw Richard as a rival for Naya. If true, then a previously unknown flash conflict could be revealed as the cause of Richard’s death, rather than that happening because of his presumed awareness of a payoff to Sutton from Newman Enterprises.
