The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Can Mariah Copeland Save Faith Newman?

The Young and The Restless: Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes)

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will be vigilant over Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) this week on The Young and The Restless, much to Faith’s consternation!

The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers – No Teenager Likes A Parent Or Older Sibling Hovering

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that both Mariah and Faith’s brand new aunt, Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) have been concerned over Faith. Both young women have picked up on something not quite right with the young teen. Lola recently caught Faith crying and tried to get her to open up to her about what was going on. Faith spent some time with her that afternoon and Lola seemed to be satisfied at the time that it was just emotional buildup from stressful situations.

Faith had lived through her mother’s breast cancer diagnosis, loss of friends after they saw the exposés about her uncle Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), and a myriad of other situations. Lola talked about her own teenage experiences with “mean girls” and the like, and thought Faith had realized friends who do what hers did were never true friends at all! Mariah and Lola talked about Faith also, and both committed to keeping a special eye on her especially while Sharon and Rey Rosales (Sharon Case, Jordi Vilasuso) were off on their honeymoon. Even Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is worried about Faith.

She was the first one to see Faith obviously drunk and had told her father, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about it and is also concerned about Faith’s hanging out with who she perceives to be a much older girl, Jordan (Madison Thompson). Mariah made it a point to try to get acquainted with Jordan recently as Faith and Jordan sat talking in Crimson Lights. They managed to fool her enough to get her off their backs! However, no teenager likes an older sibling or parent hovering, and Faith is no exception! It is embarrassing!

Y&R Spoilers – Mariah Copeland Intervenes When Adam Newman Shows Up At Crimson Lights

Young And The Restless spoilers tease there will be a situation this week where Mariah will likely intervene to protect Faith, although it looks like the young girl will do pretty well for herself! Adam will show up at Crimson Lights while Faith is there and Faith will confront him fairly violently for only using her words as a weapon! Faith is standing by the jukebox as she spots Adam coming through the door. She explodes, telling Adam that her mother had told her he was leaving town! Adam addresses her calmly, telling her that plans had changed.

She tells him to change his plans back to what they were and it is obvious she is livid! You can bet if Mariah is near, which she probably is, she will get between the two of them and try to shoo Adam out of the coffeehouse. He may only be there to pick up some coffee and pastries, but any sighting of Adam is to be viewed with suspicion as far as Mariah, Faith, and Nick would be concerned. Adam had the gall to peek in on Sharon and Rey’s wedding and Phyllis spotted him and called him on it.

Adam always gravitates back towards Sharon on The Young and the Restless, and now that she is married to Rey he really has no reason to do so. If he hadn’t been hanging around the wedding, he would have been at home when Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) had her stroke! Whether he’s there to get coffee and pastries like any other customer or he’s really there to hone in on Sharon again, Faith is correct that he needs to leave!

I hope someone can help Faith. It is time before she gets out of control. She is at the breaking point now. Nick needs to come together with Sharon on this. She is going to need both of them. Miriah is trying to protect her but needs help from her parents. They need to forget about Rey and Phyllis now and focus on Faith. Forget the stuff around them and deal with Faith. We do not want her to end up like Cassie. Let these2 handle this together. Maybe come together for her, she needs them. It would be good if they could come back together and have that family life. Nick and Sharon have been on the run long enough. Time to come together for their daughter. The love is still their you can tell by the way they look at each other. Just dump Rey,Phyllis and Adam. they deserve that much. If need help I am sure Nikki will help them. Will be glad when they show the way this will turn out about Faith? She is a good kid. Time for these 2 to settle down and be together. Find more on Jordan she is using Faith, call her out see if she comes clean.

It's understandable Faith would eventually have a meltdown. No child could have gone through all the family drama she has without it catching up. Nick thinks he's god gift to fatherhood but as soon as some tramp crosses his path he soon forgets his kids. And the way he has shouted and bullied Faith's mother, a woman struggling with mental health issues is not a good role model for a daughter. At least Adam got Sharon medical help all Nick ever did was use her issues as an excuse to jump onto bed with Phyllis or some other tramp. And then he would self-righteously drag her kids away from her.

{Jezz} I really agree with you. Nick thought Sharon was not good enough for him. She sure raised those kids for him and some not even his, but she loved them like they were her own. Then he decided Phyllis was better than her. I feel sorry for her, he probably caused her to be that way, after Cassie died he moved on to Phyllis. Was not their for her and Noah, Victor and Nikki had to take his place. Once you get kicked to the curb you have a hard time coming back to the person you were. Especially if you had cancer. She needs to come back stronger than she was and do not let anyone stand in your way. Show us the person you were, not relie on someone else.
