Y&R Spoilers – Chloe Mitchell’s Advice

While Victor and Chelsea have the heated exchange, Chloe doesn’t say a word. She just listens to everything that is being said. She has feared from the beginning that she could lose everything just for helping Chelsea. Even though the schemer promises that Chloe won’t lose her children, she can’t guarantee that. Plus, Chloe knows that Chelsea is all about getting revenge on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Chelsea has very little concern about what will happen to Chloe if they get caught.

If she admits to helping Chelsea, then she incriminates herself and could still lose everything. So, it’s a complicated situation and by the time Chloe found out the whole truth, she was in too deep.

Chloe has warned Chelsea about this scheme going too far and they need to stop the charade now. However, the schemer keeps saying she’s come too far to give up now. In Soap Opera Digest, Egan says that Chloe tries to reason with Chelsea. However, the keyword is “tries.” We imagine Chelsea refuses Victor’s offer. It is implied that Chloe knows it’s pretty much the end now that Victor is hiding in dark corners of the penthouse. Chloe worries about what he knows already and what that means for her.

Y&r Spoilers – Proactive Protection

It’s possible that Chloe will realize that she needs to take proactive measures to protect herself. She can’t lose her children because of Chelsea’s revenge scheme. Could Chloe decide that she needs to take drastic action to protect herself? Will she approach Victor and make him a deal? Is it possible that Chloe will double-cross Chelsea when the custody hearing goes to court?

Hearing about Chelsea’s revenge scheme, poisoning Rey, and framing an innocent man would have any judge questioning Connor’s safety. Chelsea’s prime concern should have been getting back to being a mother to her son. Instead, her son was put on the back burner so she could fake paralysis and nearly end a police officer’s life.

With Chelsea not really grasping that Rey was inches from death, a judge will have to consider the stroke’s damage. In what other ways has the stroke impaired Chelsea’s ability to care for a child? The number one rule of legal custody hearings is protecting the child must come first. Even there is even a tiny risk of a child being negatively affected by a living situation, that alone could compel the judge to rule against Chelsea.
