Before Ashland was found dead in the ravine, he argued with Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) and his ex and Nick’s sister, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). After a tussle, the sibs left poor Ashy to languish in a pool of blood at the foot of her fireplace.
Instead of calling the police, they called their kin, BIL Chance Chancellor (Conor Floyd). He got to the scene, but there was no body left. Nick and Victoria suspect their father Victor Newman (Eric Braden) was one step ahead of them and launched a cover-up. Did Victor Newman’s peeps take Ashland’s body and stage the car crash death scene to protect them?

When Chance announced the news about Ashland people lost their water. Except for the child who Ashland raised, young Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). When Harrison was told about his dad, he didn’t combust, in fact he said something rather interesting. According to the lad, his father is coming back. His biological dad, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), gently told him no, but the boy insisted on his version of the truth.
Could Harrison be telling the actual truth? The adults around him, Kyle Abbott, Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) were teary just thinking about the tot’s innocence.

But what if Ashland told Harrison that he was going to “go away” but eventually come back? If Ashland had a plan, he may have told Harrison, thinking that he would ease his grief, or come back for him at some point. It would be very soapilicious if clever Ashland was two steps ahead of the Newman’s, planning a getaway with a new identity and life outside of Genoa City with Harrison.

Please Let Phyllis And Jack Get Back Together. Those Two Were Fine & Happy Until Diane Got Back In The Picture. Kill Her Off!! She’s The Trouble Maker, Not Phyllis. Jack Always Walks In On The Conversation When Diane Is Always The Cause Of The Fight.
I would love for Ashland to come back. But his contract is over and he has moved on.

Spoiler alert: I saw a reflection of a person (my perception is of Ashland) in the background when Nick was telling Victoria about what the father said that he had done with Ashland’s body. Anyone else??
How long is Amanda and her sister going to go on with there mom. Its true it happens in real life, but this is boring. I don’t find any story line worth watching. There isn’t one actor that has a exciting role or interesting. Find some new writers
I want Ashland back he hads alot to the show.
So sick of that story line and please get rid of Diane character. Both are completely unrelatable.
He told the kid he was going away but would come back when they were in the park. At that time Ashland did not know he would die the next day. The child remembers Ashland telling him he would be back from his trip.
Please don’t bring Ashland back , he really SUCKS as a actor and so tired of his character and also Chance and Diane need to take hike as I’ve said before please don’t put Jack and Diane back together
